A meeting to conduct a comprehensive analysis of volumes of the profit reduction in the Republic of Tatarstan

On August 16, 2016 in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan held an extended meeting with the participation of the state in economic societies of control bodies and companies whose stocks (shares) of which are in the Republic of Tatarstan’s property, and the members of the Interdepartmental Working Group to conduct a comprehensive analysis of reducing the volume of profit in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting discussed issues related to improving the quality of work and improve the activities of audit committees of companies, in which the representatives of the state - the employees of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan were appointed.

The meeting resulted in a decision on the introduction of systematic (quarterly) audits of financial and economic activity of controlled companies, in order to identify overdue accounts payable, cost increases, reducing the value of net assets, disposal of fixed assets and the determination of the causes of loss of activity of enterprises. It is also proposed to develop and introduce to apply Guidelines for the organization of the state representatives in the monitoring bodies, to make changes to the Decree of the Cabinet \ of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 26.09.2000 № 691 (reporting form) and to organize training for members of audit committees, taking into account the changed requirements established the existing legislation regarding corporate matters.
