Inspections of the effectiveness of the use of state property are carried out

SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" have been carried out the 2 inspections of the efficient use and preservation of state property assigned to the operational management for government agencies subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and 1 inspection of the use of state property transferred to the Executive Committee of Buinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for the exercise of authority for state registration of civil status acts.

The inspections revealed the following violations:

1. State property handed over without registration of contracts and without agreement of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan as owner (p. 298 of Civil Code):

• Kazan State Medical Academy premise with total area of 12 square meters in a building on Gagarin street, 95, Kazan;
• - PJSC "MegaFon" premise with total area of 10 square meters in the building of Latyshskih Strelkov str., 23, Kazan;
• - Building transformer substation with total area of 59.4 square meters on Mavlyutova str., 34, Kazan;
•  - Land for transformer substations on Chuykova str., 54, Kazan.

1. . Three real estate objects with total area of 30 square meters and oxygen plant are not included in the register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan,.

According to the results of inspections of public institutions acts were drawn up. Report of institutions on the performance of the inspection act will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
