Veridications on effective use of state property continue

State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury carried out two inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During verifications the following violations are revealed:

1. transferred to use without execution of agreements and a consent of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan (Art. 298 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation):

- premises of SAEH “Station of Emergency Medical Service” of Kazan with total area of 71,7 sq.m in the building on Halezev St., 16 A in Kazan;

- premise of LLC «Spaseniye» with total area of 6 sq.m in the building on Pravdy St., 13 in Kazan;

2. Not used state-owned property:

- rooms with a total area of 167,3 sq.m. in the building on Dorozhnaya St., 35 in Kazan;

- rooms with a total area of 60,2 sq.m. in the building on Pravdy St., 20 A in Kazan;

- a part of the parcel of land of 1000 sq.m on Stantsionnaya St. in the settlement of Derbyshki in Kazan;

- a part of the parcel of land of 1000 sq.m on Glavnaya St. in the settlement of Kulseitovo in Kazan;

- a part of the parcel of land of 3500 sq.m on Pravdy St., 20 A g of Kazan;

- two vehicles VAZ (21074 and 21054).

3. The right of operational management of organization to 1 real estate object isn't registered.

4. In buildings of children's polyclinics on Gavrilov St., 42 and Adoratskogo, 6 in Kazan the automatic fire-proof alarm system isn't established.

5. Not surved and also not entered in the Register of a state-owned property of the Republic of Tatarstan the parcel of land under a polyclinic which is located at: Gavrilov St., 42 in Kazan.

By results of verifications statements are drawn up. The report of organization on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
