Problems of interaction of appraisers and the state were discussed in the Council for an entrepreneurship

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of state policy in the field of development of an entrepreneurship and strengthening of interaction of bodies of government of the Republic of Tatarstan and subjects of business activity, according to decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 30.12.2015 №. UP-1271 Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan is created (further – Council).

Within the appeal addressed to the Council from a number of appraisers on a subject concerning quality of appraisal of state and municipal property in the cities and the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting for discussion of the matter took place. Employees of the Office of the Comissioner by the rights of entrepreneurs at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, department of appraisal of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, appraisers and leading employees of non-profit partnership "The Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part in work of a meeting.

During the heated debate preliminary agreements on continuation of dialogue by results of a meeting in October of the current year are reached. Members of Partnership results will be brought to the attention after adoption of the protocol of a meeting.

Representatives of Partnership noted that the considered problems arise, generally because of low-quality preparation and incompetence of appraisers, weak requirements of customers, lack of the personal responsibility. The matters were repeatedly brought up by the "Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" in case of joint actions with authorities, in particular with Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan for training of specialists, in appeals addressed to the municipalities, offers on a cooperation, periodically directed to appraisal organizations, which aren't consisting in a Partnership.
