Results of inspections of public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan
State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and one check of use of the state-owned property transferred to Executive committee of the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of powers to the state civil registration.
During inspections the following violations are revealed:
1. 518,7 sq.m of rooms and a part of the parcel of land of 2000 sq.m is transferred to use to 7 legal entities, including KSMA, KSMU, JSC «Kazan Electric Networks», SUE «Tattekhmedfarm», SAIH «RCPH of Bekhterev» without execution of agreements and a consent of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan as owner.
2. Not used state-owned property:
- five real estate objects with a total area of 664,7 sq.m;
- Lada Kalina car.
3. The right of operational management of organization to 1 real estate object on Mira St., 73 A in the settlement of Samosyrovo isn't registered.
4. The real estate object with a total area of 151,4 sq.m on R. Zorge St., 2A in the city of Kazan isn't entered in the Register of a state-owned property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
5. Not dissociated and also not entered in the Register of a state-owned property of the Republic of Tatarstan the parcels of land under buildings occupied on the right of operational management by a polyclinic on Mira St., 73 A in sttlement of Samosyrovo and on B. Krasnaya St., 95 B in the settlement of Maliye Kliky..
According to the results of inspections of public institutions acts were drawn up. Report of institutions on the performance of the inspection act will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
