Providing with premises the disabled people suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases

According to point 4 of part 1 of article 51 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation if in family there is a patient suffering from a severe form of a chronic disease in case of which a cohabitation with it in one apartment is impossible, and not having other premises occupied under the agreement of social hiring, the employment contract of premises of a housing stock of social use or belonging on the property right premises are provided under agreements of social hiring.

Concerning Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan 12 judgments about provision to the specified categories of citizens of premises under agreements of social hiring are passed.

In pursuance of the specified judgments Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated a money in the amount of 24,8 million rubles for acquisition of premises.

Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the public contract with non-profit organization «The State Housing Fund of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan» dated 17.05.2016 No. 2016.19530 on the right of acquisition of 12 premises for the disabled people suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, by the amount of 24,8 million rubles.

On the specified 12 premises the property right of the Republic of Tatarstan is registered, contracts of social hiring are in full signed with Disabled people.
