The government civil servants of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan told about features of manifestation of corruption in health sector

20.10.2016 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan the chairman of public council of the Ministry, the chief physician of sanatorium - a dispensary «Gazovik» Rasheed Abashev who told the government civil servants of the Ministry about features of manifestation of corruption in health sector was invited.

It is difficult to revaluate value of health sector: it allows to provide achievement of such purposes as a natural increase of the population, decrease in incidence, a work gain in productivity, prolongation of the able-bodied period of workers that promotes growth of a national income of the country and a growth in prosperity of the people. At the same time the health care prevalence corruption interferes with implementation of tasks, priority for social and economic policy of any state. In the world there is a number of the international organizations which are actively counteracting corruption in health care: The World Health Organization, the European observatory on systems and policy of health care, etc.

Unfortunately, there are problems of presence of corruptogenic factors at health sector. Rasheed Abashev told about the reasons promoting distribution of corruption in health sector such as low salary of doctors, abuse of office powers, impossibility of implementation of comprehensive control. At the same time noted that only by means of joint participation of the population and the state prevention of growth of corruption crime and development of anti-corruption legal culture in all representatives of society is possible. He also sounded that when checking healthcare institutions special attention needs to be paid to questions of acquisition and write-off of a property, plant and equipment, and also questions of provision of the areas of buildings and constructions in the sublease.
