The meeting on providing organizational and technical measures for implementation of requirements of the federal law № 218-FZ «About the state registration of the real estate» took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan
28.10.2016 in Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev took place a meeting on providing organizational and technical measures for implementation of requirements of the federal law № 218-FZ Federal Law «About the State Registration of the Real Estate». The deputy minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Zaripov, the head of department of registration of the rights of public formations of Management of the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan Ada Zaydullina, representatives of municipalities of the republic, including Kazan, heads of structural divisions and specialists of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of organizations subordinated to the ministry participated in a meeting.
On the matter Rustem Shameev and Ada Zaydullina's performances are heard. Rustem Shameev noted need of acceptance of urgent measures for organizational and technical training of electronic interaction of public authorities and local self-government with Management of the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan according to requirements of law № 218-FZ. The developed characteristic of the forthcoming changes in registration business and to the cadastral registration of real estate objects is provided to A.E.Zaydullina.
During discussion a number of shortcomings of the organization of electronic interaction of public authorities and local self-government with Management of the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan is revealed, priority actions by preparation of updated service of electronic interaction are determined.
Interaction of all interested governing bodies on implementation of requirements of law № 218-FZ will be continued.
