Inspections on effective use and safety of a state-owned property continue

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» carried out six inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also two inspections of use of the state-owned property transferred to Executive committees of the Kukmorsky and Mamadyshsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of powers to the state civil registration are carried out.

During inspections the following violations are revealed:

1. premises with total area of 111,1 sq.m is transferred to use without execution of agreements and a consent of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan as owner of property (Art. 298 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2 a part of the total parcel of land under indoor parking spaces is transferred to use of other third parties in defiance of Art. 269 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (the photo is attached).

2. Not used state-owned property:

- two non-residential premises with a total area of 277,1 sq.m (the photo is attached);

- four parcels of land with a total area of 4842 sq.m (photos are attached);

- vehicle VAZ 2109.

By results of inspections statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of institution on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
