Inspections on effective use and safety of a state-owned property are held

State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury is carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspections the following violations are revealed:

1. Not used state-owned property:

- two real estate objects with a total area of 158,9 sq.m;

- the land plot of 6000 sq.m. (the photo is attached);

- 10 vehicles.

2. The right of fixed (termless) use to 1 land plot isn't registered.

Statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of organization on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
