the meeting on expansion of a taxable basis of the land tax and the property tax in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, on January 16, 2017 under the chairmanship of the minister Azat Hamayev the meeting on the actual implementation of the actions aimed at providing statement on the cadastral registration and the state registration of the rights to real estate objects and the parcels of land for the purpose of expansion of a taxable basis of the land tax and the property tax in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republics of Tatarstan, the city of Kazan, Verkhneuslonsky, Visokogorsky, Yelabuzhsky, Zelenodolsky, Laishevsky, Nizhnekamsky and Pestrechinsky municipal districts of the republic participated in a meeting.

      During last meeting options of forming of the expanded list of the real estate objects and the parcels of land which aren't getting to the sphere of the taxation, and also mechanisms of further statement on the cadastral registration and the state registration of the specified objects were considered. For the purpose of the detailed analysis of the specified question the decision on its additional study with involvement of specialists of public authorities in the sphere of the state registration, cadastral and tax accounting is made.
