The bill of changes of borders of certain settlements of the Zelenodolsky municipal district is submitted for public discussion

The projects of two laws of the Republic of Tatarstan "About change of borders of the territories of the municipalities "settlement of city type Nizhnie Vyazovye" and "Sviyazhskoe Rural Settlement" of the Zelenodolsk municipal district and introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Zelenodolsk Municipal District" and municipalities in its structure" is submitted for public discussion in the electronic platform «Open Tatarstan» of the Portal of the state and municipal services.

The bill "About change of borders of the territories of the municipalities "settlement of city type Nizhnie Vyazovye" and "Sviyazhskoe Rural Settlement" of the Zelenodolsk municipal district and introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Zelenodolsk Municipal District" and municipalities in its structure" is drafted for the purpose of assistance to creation of the Sviyazhsky Interregional Multimodal Logistic Center (SIMLC).

The center is designed to provide successful functioning of the international transport corridor "Europe – the Western China".

In case of registration of infrastructure facilities and a transportation network of SIMLC it is revealed that an object crosses the borders of the municipalities "settlement of city type Nizhnie Vyazovye" and "Sviyazhskoe Rural Settlement" that will create prerequisites for difficulty of assignment of this territory of the status of the special economic zone. With respect thereto it is offered to change borders of these municipalities.

Project implementation of SIMLC is equitable to interests of the Zelenodolsky municipal district as new workplaces will be created and the tax base will increase, there will be an additional opportunity to strengthen diversification of municipal district, monoprofile economy of the Zelenodolsky, dependent on the state defensive order.

Discussion will be extended till January 27, 2017.
