Monitoring of the work which is carried out within agreements on coordination of documents (including references and statements) in chambers (managements) of the property and land relations of municipal districts provided by local governments of rural settlements on possession of citizens of the land plots is carried out

For decrease in risks of abuses of heads and staff of local governments of the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan at registration of the rights for the land plots in the simplified order, according to the Report of Council at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for anti-corruption, agreements between local governments of municipal districts and local governments of the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan on coordination of documents (including references and statements) in chambers (managements) of the property and land relations of municipal districts provided by local governments of rural settlements on possession of citizens of the land plots work in all municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2015.

According to information provided by local governments of the republic during 2016 within the specified agreements 4 241 statements (reference) from the household books on presence of the right of citizen for the land plot have come to chambers (managements) of the property and land relations of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for consideration, 4 029 from which on the positive decision is passed on, concerning 212 statements remarks are given, among which the largest specific weight is occupied are given:

 - existence of technical and spelling errors in projects of statements from the household books;

- not coincidence in the addresses and land areas specified in projects of statements and in originals household books;

- lack of the bases for distribution of an statement from the household book.
