Results of inspection of the public institutions located in the Aktanyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

In May of 2017 The state budgetary institution «Republican Property Treasury»  has carried out an inspection of effective use and safety of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to «The Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in the Aktanyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspection the following violations are revealed:

There is no lease contract on a part of a roof of the building of the hostel located on Lenin Avenue, 61, in the village of Aktanysh.

    The property part workshop with total area of 1 000 sq.m. located on Lenin Avenue, 61, in the village of Aktanysh, isn't used in connection with a\ critical condition.

The land plot under the building on Lenin Avenue, 61 in the village of Aktanysh haven't undergone the procedure of a land surveying.

    The right of operational management for a real estate object «Local veterinary station» of 56,6 sq.m in the village Taktalachuk in Aktanyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan isn't registered.

By results of inspection the relevant statements which are sent to the address of public institutions, and also their ministries and departments are drawn up.
