The meeting on reduction of debts of the municipalities on the rent of property and the land plots is held.

  08.06.2017 under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev the meeting in the videoconference mode with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on reduction of debts on rent for property and the land plots has taken place.

The first deputy chairman of Land and property Committee of the city of Kazan, heads of chambers and managements of the property and land of cities of Naberezhnye Chelny, Agryzsky, Aktanyshsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Leninogorsky, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Tetyushsky, Chistopolsky municipal districts have participated in the meeting.

All above-stated chambers and managements hold events to reduce the debts, for example in Kazan it is reduced since the beginning of the years for 39 million rubles. However this work significantly is complicated by an unsuccessful financial or bankrupt condition of debtors, lack of property to collecting.

It is necessary to take all exhaustive measures to reduce the debts, in necessary cases – to it’s write-off, fully to involve the capacity of the interdepartmental commissions on growth of own income of local budgets. Results of the carried-out work will be considered on semi-annual board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
