An inspection of effective use and safety of the state property in the Muslyumovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out an inspection of effective use and safety of the state property, located in the Muslyumovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to the Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstant, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspection the following violations are revealed:

1. House with total area of 87,1 sq.m, veterinary clinic with total area of 70,9 sq.m, the land plot with total area of 2604 sq.m, located on Molodezhnaya st., 37 in village Stariye Karamaly, is used by natural persons (the commission has made the recommendation of transfer of the specified property to municipal property of the Muslyumovsky municipal district).

2. The land plot under the building of local veterinary station on Kolkhoznaya St., 20A in the village of Elgabash isn’t passed a land surveying and also is not registered in cadastre.

3. The right of perpetual use on the land plot with total area of 3458 sq.m on Oktyabrskaya St., 44 in the village of Muslyumovo, isn't registered.

4. Appeal for registration of the right of operational management for real estate objects on Shkolnaya St., 40A in the village Nizhny Tabyn: building of boarding school with total area of 3175 sq.m; building with a boiler with total area of 12 sq.m., isn’t submitted to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of institution on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
