An inspections on effective use and safety of the state property are carried out in the Bugulminsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out an inspection on effective use and safety of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan located in the Bugulmштылн municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspections the following violations are revealed:

1. 3 units of the motor transportation equipment are in a critical condition.

2. There is no technical documentation, and also isn't issued the right of operational management for next real estate objects:

- the building of a garage with total area of 1080 sq.m on Poligon St. in the city of Bugulma;

- the building of a cold warehouse with total area of 40 sq.m on Poligon St. in the city of Bugulma.

3. Isn’t passed a land surveying the land plot under the building of other organization with total area of 40 sq.m for Lenin St., 135 in the city of Bugulma.       

Statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of institution on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
