The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists in registration of land plots for the needs of oil producing companies, including the transfer of land from one category to another, suitable for the construction of relevant facilities.

As part of the implementation of the subprogramme "Provision of residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2021", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04/30/2014 No. 289, July 9, 2019 The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan signed a state contract with the non-profit organization State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on acquisition of 120 premises in the city of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Bugulminsky, Yelabuzhsky, Kukmorsky, Nizhnekamskiy, Chistopolsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the future of orphans.

As part of the implementation of the subprogramme "Providing living quarters for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020," approved by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04/30/2014 No. 289, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan executed the first state contract for the acquisition of residential premises.

In total, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Agryzskiy, Laishevskiy, Nizhnekamskiy, Chistopolskiy municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan acquired 65 residential premises for subsequent provision to orphans.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced auctions for the right to enter into lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from third-party rights and intended to be granted on a long-term basis and preferential terms to small and medium-sized entities. entrepreneurship (hereinafter - SMEs) and organizations that form the infrastructure to support SMEs ”.

The lease term is 6 years.

The benefit is to establish the rent of the following sizes:
