On May 7 under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev the meeting on receipt of income from management of municipal property and the land plots to local budgets and also to improvement of work on decrease the debt on the rent for property and the land plots to budgets of municipal units of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of the Agryzsky, Arsky, Buinsky, Kamsko - Ustyinsky, Nizhnekamsky, Spassky, Tetyushsky and Chistopolsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconference mode.

During the meeting the reasons of growth the debt on the rent for property and the land plots to budgets of municipal units of the Republic of Tatarstan in 1 quarter 2018, measures for its reduction and elimination and also the analysis of execution of the budgetary task on income of local budgets from use and realization of municipal property and the land plots have been considered following the results of 1 quarter 2018.

Following the results of the meeting instructions on ensuring execution of the budgetary task for 2018 regarding receipt of income from management of municipal property and the land plots and also to reduction of debt to local budgets for lease contracts of property and the land plots have been given to municipal districts of the republic.

On May 5, 2018 within the traditional nature protection action "Day of Landing of the Wood" the staff of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken active part in memorable landing of the wood having planted saplings of coniferous breeds in forest fund of local forest area «Vysokogorskoye» of state governmental agency «Suburban Forest Area».

The action is carried out annually by the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of education of careful attitude to the wood, creation of a favorable sanitary and ecological situation in the woods located in the territory of the republic.

According to he Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the action this day more than 2,5 million young trees on total area over 600 hectares have been planted in the republic.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of May, 1, 2018 the Ministry considered 523 applications on 951 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 183 transactions. In 692 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision. Besides in 76 transactions documents have been left without consideration for the reasons of lack of necessary documents and also in the cases provided in Agreements which aren't demanding the direction of documents for consideration by the Ministry.

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry on 4/30/2018 the non-tax income from use and realization of the state property and the land plots which have come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan have made 140,28 million rubles. The budgetary task before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on 4/30/2018 is performed for 41,3%.

In a section of articles on 4/30/2018 the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan received:

from rent of property – 31,55 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 52,3%;

from rent of the land plots of-24,02 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 36,3%;

from an easement – 0,79 million rubles – the plan is implemented by 33,3%;

from realization of property – 6,98 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 27,9%;

from trust management – 53,41 million rubles – the plan is executed for 105,0%;

from realization of the land plots – 2,00 million rub;

dividends – 21,53 million rubles - the plan is executed for 20,3%.

From 5/28/2018 till 5/31/2018 holding an exit qualification examination in the city of Kazan is planned.

Following the results of listeners documents of the established sample on passing of a short-term training of the Higher school of the public and municipal administration of Kazan Federal University have been handed.

36 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation of 105 land plots with a total area about 155 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment to the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business which are made on the basis of projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan are accepted in the I quarter 2018.
