From 01.09.2017 till 30.09.2017 the month "No to extremism!" has taken place in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The purpose of a month is strengthening of interethnic and interfaith concord in the Republic of Tatarstan, formation of the public opinion directed to creation of the atmosphere of intolerance to manifestations of terrorist and extremist ideology. Within the month the stand on this subject has been issued in the foyer of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The celebration of veterans in the International day of elderly people in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan became a good tradition. And in the current year on October 2, the festive event for the veterans of work who have worked for many years in the State Property Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

The Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev has congratulated the veterans of work on behalf of all collective and personally from himself. He has noted a big contribution of each of them to reforming of economy of the republic, transition to new forms and methods of management, successful performance of the tasks set for the Ministry. He has wished them great festive mood, long and happy years of life, good health and courage. The deputy minister Rustem Shameev and the chairman of the board of veterans of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Mikhail Vinogradov have also participated in a festive action.

The holiday organized by the ministry became for veterans, first of all, an unforgettable meeting with colleagues whom didn't see long ago. And the meeting became an occasion to express the most sincere wishes to each other, to plunge into pleasant memories. The musical program has filled this action with a bigger joy and has added festive mood.

On September 29, 2017 the action for rendering free legal aid to citizens of advanced age within the International day of elderly people has taken place.

Representatives of Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Management of Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal state institution "The main bureau of the physician — social examination in the Republic of Tatarstan" of the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, MPI "Committee of land and property of the City of Kazan", MPI "Management of housing policy of the City of Kazan" and also lawyers and notaries have participated in an action.

The action has taken place in the House of friendship of the people (Kazan, Pavlyukhin St., 57 B. 1).

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the leading consultant of department of protection of property interests of the state of legal department Khabibulin Ramil Albertovich.

Following the results of an action the qualified legal aid was received by 115 citizens. In most cases questions concerned the housing, land and hereditary legislation, social and provision of pensions.

Within advanced training course "Appraisal of cost of the enterprise (business). Appraisal of efficiency of resources and programs of increase in labor productivity" group of the advancing training of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan», employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and teachers of profile disciplines of republican higher education institutions attend lectures of professor of International academy of assessment and consulting and Federal institute of certification and appraisal of intellectual property and business, the Doctor of Engineering Hamid Mamadzhanov (Moscow).

Already on the first occupations the famous theorist and the practician of appraisal of intangible assets H.A. Mamadzhanov has drawn attention of audience with system approach to methodology of this direction of appraisal, examples from experience of interaction with the Russian and international corporations. Discussion of appraisal of technologies which are a new tendency in appraisal of cost of the hi-tech enterprises will be important for listeners, including, for participation in programs of increase in labor productivity as experts.

Such cases as appraisal of market value of the trademark, the exclusive right to useful model are also relevant for estimated community of the republic. During the planned master class tax disputes in the sphere of the intellectual rights will be considered, analysis of the conclusion of the expert-appraiser in determination of market value of the exclusive right to an invention and a know-how will be carried out.

The role of innovations in comparison with a production role increases in modern world economy, and information embodied in intellectual property becomes the most important factor of production – along with the earth, work and the capital. And if, for example, growth rates of world industrial production don't exceed 2,5-3%, then world trade by licenses for the right of use of industrial property and technology develops much higher rates reaching 12% a year. Now the intellectual property has to be considered not as the by-product received as a result of developments of a new type of a product any more and as a serious source of income. In this regard elaboration of corporate strategy of the companies in relation to intangible assets, including also inventions, trademarks, a know-how, etc is very important.

Process of commercialization of intellectual property items, advance of results of intellectual activity on the market puts in the forefront a current and serious problem of determination of cost of these objects.

As a result of carrying out initiative inventory and appraisal of intellectual property items of the enterprise, top management of corporations of the Republic of Tatarstan will gain a clear idea of existence, accessory and cost of these objects which are at the disposal of the enterprises. Depending on strategic and tactical targets of the enterprise, data of reports on appraisal of results of intellectual activity can be submitted to partners, creditors or potential investors.

Considering the advanced positions of the Republic of Tatarstan in questions of development of the market of intellectual property, existence of the unique target program, interaction with federal structures, involvement of experts of NP» Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» will positively affect the investment cost of the largest enterprises of the republic, will positively affect their competitiveness, will act as the catalyst of programs of increase in labor productivity.

27.09.2017 the meeting concerning specification of date of completion of construction of premises for orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support with an involvement of representatives of the executive committees of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan, NO "The public housing stock in case of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan" and RSUE "Bureau of Technical Inventory" took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within execution of the subprogramme "Support with premises of orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2017", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 985, dated 13.12.2014, in 2017 the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan should acquire 305 premises for orphan children, the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan should provide with these premises to 305 orphan children.

Now 117 premises are acquired in the property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

188 premises need to be acquired in 23 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan till 15.12.2017.

By results of a meeting the Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev gave an assignment to principals of the executive committees of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide input of houses in maintenance till 15.11.2017 together with NO "The public housing stock in case of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The regular meeting of the Board of directors of PJSC «Tatneft» under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took place in Kazan yesterday.

Results of budget implementation of the company in eight months of 2017 and budgets for October and for the fourth quarter of the current year were considered at the meeting.

The board of directors heard information on totals of financial and economic activities and perspectives of development of the enterprises of the petrochemical unit.

According to the Strategy of development of tyre business, implementation of tyre shall reach the level of 16,2 million pieces a year by 2025, and EBITDA index relatively 2015 shall reach fivefold increase– to 14,5 billion rubles. The main actions for the solution of goals are: implementation of the long-term program of development of the range of the tyre "Viatti" and CMK, extension of material and technical resources of scientific and technological center «Kama», optimization of productions, import substitution, development of a distribution system, extension of a network of retail trade and service centers of "Tyre&Service".

During the meeting information on the strategy of innovative (technological) development of the company is discussed The system of creation of intellectual values is built. in PJSC «Tatneft» – beginning from origin of the idea and finishing it with implementation in production, obtaining security documents and commercialization. Now debugging and increase in system of effectiveness of control of innovative activities, filling of a briefcase of innovative technologies, continues.

Another class of group of the advancing training of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» has been opened today by lecture of Evgeny Martynov "Increase in labor productivity in the course of the Fourth technological revolution". The director of SUE "The center of energy saving technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan", professor E.V. Martynov together with the headed organization stood at the origins and is the main performer of actions of the republican program of increase in labor productivity.

   He has told listeners about the main structural components of republican and federal programs, has pointed the priority role of Tatarstan in development of a subject among six pilot regions determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The staff of the organizations - members of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» - listeners of the program of professional development "Appraisal of the cost of the enterprise (business). Appraisal of efficiency of resources and programs of increase in labor productivity", have set a number of questions to the lecturer, including possible participations of experts of Partnership in the realized project, have thanked for an interesting, substantial performance and have expressed confidence in realization of the planned ways of cooperation.

In connection with appeals of appraisal community, in particular, of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatasrtan and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has directed offers on the organization of a qualification examination of appraisers to the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin. The president, in particular, has emphasized the need of joint system work in this direction for improvement of quality of appraisal, ensuring interests of the state as customer of quality appraisal, reduction of quantity of disputable situations and optimization of the budgetary expenses.

In the reply of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (ref. No. 25169-AT/D224 from 9/6/2017) has expressed gratitude for support of a position of the Ministry on realization of legislative mechanisms of improvement of appraisal activity, information on the organization of work on holding qualification examinations in regions of the Russian Federation, collecting preliminary applications by the organizer of examination - FBI "Federal resource center for the organization of management training" (h.a. – FRC), is sent. According to FRC, more than 200 applicants from the Republic of Tatarstan have filled out preliminary applications for participation in a qualification examination.

Also in the answer it has been reported about a possibility of the organization of collection point for examination in Kazan on the basis of one from the platforms, presented for preparation of holding a qualification examination in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On September 22, 2017, state budgetary institution «Republican Property Treasury» has held an open auction on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to SAUE "Mamadyshsky Central Regional Hospital". The property is realized for the total amount of 250 000 rubles.

The meeting of the commission on holding a competition on replacement of next 5 vacancies of the public civil service has taken place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin:
