The action will take place on September 29, 2017 from 10 to 13 o'clock in state budgetary institution "House of Friendship of the People of Tatarstan" (Kazan, Pavl St., 57,building 1).

On September 21, 2017 the action for rendering free legal aid to the population, within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. UP-156 dated 22.03.2010 "About measures for development of system of rendering legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT dated 11/2/2012 "About rendering free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" has taken place in the Pestrechinsky municipal district.

And also representatives of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Lawyer board of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, housing and communal services, the Management of Federal tax service of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Management of the Pension fund in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of education of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tatarstan, have participated in an action.

The regular meeting of Expert and consulting council of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» with participation of experts and staff of department of appraisal of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place. Professional opinions about three reports on appraisal of market value of the right for signing of the contract of rent of the land plot have been approved according to the request of Management of land and property of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. All three reports have been recognized not conforming to requirements of the legislation and federal standards of appraisal.

    Also reports of appraisers on real estate objects in Laishevsky municipal district of the republic and the city of Buinsk have been considered (by inquiries. commercial organization and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan). According to decisions of Board of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» Expert and consulting council of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan are approved the Standard task for appraisal rent size of for use of the land plots, the Standard task for appraisal for rent size for use of objects of uninhabited fund (for bodies for management of property of municipal units). For improvement of quality of appraisal it is offered to direct methodical materials to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the offer to consider the possibility of the direction of the specified materials to executive authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 13.0.2017 No. 2301-r in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan the plan of measures, dated for the International day of elderly people, is developed and approved.

Work on rendering consulting and legal aid for citizens, including advanced age, on the principle of "One window" is organized. Personal reception of citizens by the heads of the ministry is carried out, operation of "The hot line phone" is organized.

The deputy minister of the land and property Farit Musin and also staff of department of appraisal of the ministry have met the director of FBI "Federal resource center for the organization of management training" (Moscow) Alexey Bunkin. During the meeting the head of the organization has told about results of implementation of the Presidential program of management training which celebrates 20-year anniversary these days. Special attention has been paid to the of a qualification examination of appraisers organization in Kazan which functionality of reception is delegated to federal budgetary institution of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Technical potential of a number of higher educational institutions of the republic has been presented to the director of FBI " Federal resource center for the organization of management training", ways of further interaction for improvement of quality of appraisal are planned.

The head of department of Ministry of economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Madiyev and the executive director of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» Oleg Bulgakov have taken part in discussion of topical issues.

Today, on September 20, 2017 at 14:00 the object training in the order of evacuation from the building in case of detection of a subject is held similar to the explosive device, during which actions of staff in case of origin of emergency situation were fulfilled, held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the training the subject similar to the explosive device was found in the courtyard of the building, and measures to evacuation of the people who are in the building are taken.

After annunciator about terrorist threat was carried out, employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan orderly left the building.

Evacuation took 4 minutes that speaks about organization and good training of collective.

During the exercise in the building warning systems, signallings and readiness of staff for emergency situations were checked.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has begun preparation for carrying out annual the general of meetings of shareholders in 2018. Now the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan are nominated representatives of the state for election/appointment in the structures of the boards of directors and audit commissions of joint-stock companies which actions are in state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan and (or) on which the decision on use of the special right ("gold share"), for 2018-2019 is made.

The list of candidates for representatives of the state will be considered and approved at the meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on work with representatives of the state in management and supervisory bodies of economic societies and associations in November, 2017.
