On September 21, 2017 within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. UP-156 dated 22.03.2010 "About measures for development of system of rendering legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT dated 02.11.2012 "About rendering free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" the action for rendering free legal aid to the population, will take place in the Pestrechinsky municipal district.

The meeting on construction of the overpass through the railroad on 758 km of the station the Green Dale in Zelenodolsk with participation of representatives of Executive committee of the Zelenodolsky municipal district, SE "Glavtatdortrans", LLC «Bashneft Retail» is held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On September 15, 2017 under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev the meeting of the Commission on anti-corruption at the Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
At the meeting of the Commission questions are considered: about a condition of work on conducting anti-corruption examination of regulations and drafts of regulations; about control of legality, about efficiency and target use of the state property and the land plots which are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan; about results of supervision of performance of the legislation on anti-corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan; about results of departures to the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017with representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of Republican expert group on questions of anti-corruption; about execution of the program of the Ministry of realization of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020 approved by the order of the Ministry No. 2607 dated 25.11.2014, in 1 half-year 2017.
At the meeting of the Commission the acting chief of legal department Zulfat Galyautdinov, the head of department of land resources Guzel Mindubayeva, the chief of summary and analytical department of management of account, monitoring and information exchange Guzel Nasibullina, the head of department of rent, contents and use of property of treasury of State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» Ruslan Nikonov and the responsible person, supported work on prophylaxis of corruption and other offenses, the secretary of the Commission, Darya Protsenko made a speech.
On September 13, 2017 IV Republican competition " The best public civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan" is started.
Following the results of an internal selection stage in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan participation Galiyev Artur Irekovich – the head of department of effective use of government-controlled lands of management of land resources and Nasibullina Guzel Ildarovna – the chief of summary and analytical department of management of account, monitoring and information exchange take part in a competition.
Within the first stage participants of a competition have passed a test for knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian, Tatar and English languages and also professional qualities of employees and ability to work in team have been estimated.
Results of the first stage will be published on the website of Department of public service and personell at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan till October 15, 2017.
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
According to the Federal law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "About the state cadastral appraisal", in pursuance of the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan of 28.08.2017 No. 1958-r the state cadastral appraisal of lands of agricultural purpose, except for the land plots located in borders of gardening, market-gardening and country associations will be carried out in 2018 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Preparation for carrying out the state cadastral appraisal is carried out till January 1, 2018. Within a preparatory stage to carrying out the state cadastral assessment, the state budgetary institution "Center of the state cadastral appraisal" (further – State Budgetary Institution CSCA) carries out reception of declarations on characteristics of real estate objects from owners of the corresponding real estate objects for the data collection and processing necessary for determination of cadastral cost.
In the aim of collecting and processing of the specified information owners of real estate objects have the right to provide the declaration on characteristics of the corresponding real estate objects, including on specification of the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of objects of assessment: a type of the allowed use, the description of location, the area, the actual use, remoteness of the land plot, other factors influencing cadastral appraisal of a real estate object to State Budgetary Institution CSCA.
The form of the declaration on characteristics of real estate objects and order of her consideration are approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 27.12.2016 No. 846 "About the statement of an order of consideration of the declaration on characteristics of a real estate object, including her form".
Reception of declarations on characteristics of real estate objects is carried out by:
1) the branches of State Budgetary Institution The Multipurpose center of providing the public and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan (further – State Budgetary Institution MCPPMS) located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (The appendix 1 in the Press release tab);
2) the branches of RSUE "Bureau of Technical Inventory" of the Ministry of constructions, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (further – RSUE "BTI") located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (The appendix 2 in the Press release tab);
3) State Budgetary Institution CSCA, located at the address: 420021, Kazan, Parizhskoy Kommuny St., 8.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in pursuance of the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 29.05.2017 No. 1113-r has announced an open competition on the right of the conclusion of the concession agreement concerning the room located at the address: The Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny, V. Fomenko Ave., 60, the room No. 1006 (cadastral number 16:52:020608:2633) with total area of 300,6 sq.m, for a period of 15 years for ensuring delivery of health care according to the program of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care in the system of obligatory medical insurance of the Republic of Tatarstan for the corresponding financial year.

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry in eight months of 2017 the non-tax income from use and realization of the state property and the land plots which have come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan have made 567,65 million rubles.
In a section of articles on 01.09.2017 the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan received:
from rent of property – 61,65 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 128,81%;
from land lease – 48,64 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 87,25%;
from an easement – 1,78 million rubles – the plan is implemented by 287,1%;
from realization of property – 14,36 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 47,87%;
from realization of lands – 7,35 million rubles (on this article the plan isn't established);
from trust management – 56,9 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 110,92%;
dividends – 318,52 million rubles - the plan is executed for 485,4%;
part of net profit of the state unitary enterprises – 58,09 million rubles - the plan is executed for 142,73%.
