Within the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. UP-156, dated 22.03.2010, «About measures for development of system of rendering legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan» and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT, dated 02.11.2012, «About rendering of free legal aid to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan» the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Tatarstan regional office of Association of lawyers of Russia continues the organization of work of the mobile unit for rendering of free legal aid to the citizens living in rural settlements of the republic.

For the purpose of consultation of citizens on legal questions mobile information – consulting group consisting of specialists of the ministries, departments and the organizations, in particular, of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Managements of the Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Management of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Advocates and Notarial chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, is created.

On June 22, 2017 according to the schedule of departure to rural settlements of municipal districts of the republic, coordinated by the chief of staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan A.A.Safarov, is planned to direct the group for rendering free legal aid to the Kukmorsky municipal district.

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out an inspection of effective use and safety of the state property, located in the Muslyumovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to the Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstant, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ministry of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced the biddings held in an electronic form on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of vehicles.

15.06.2017 the meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Republic of Tatarstan on control of safety of the state property transferred to the economic jurisdiction of the state unitary enterprises and authorized capitals of joint-stock companies which actions are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev.

At a meeting financial and economic activity of five joint-stock companies from 100% of shares of the Republic of Tatarstan in authorized capital is considered: JSC «Forest Transport Company», JSC «VNIIUS», JSC «Corporation of Export of the Republic of Tatarstan», JSC «Proyekty Tatarstana», JSC «Company Yul». The meeting was held with participation of representatives of executive authorities of branch competence: Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The commission has considered the reasons of unprofitability of activity of joint-stock companies following the results of 2016 (JSC «Forest Transport Company», JSC «VNIIUS», JSC «Company Yul») and the first quarter of 2017 (JSC «VNIIUS», JSC «Corporation of Export of the Republic of Tatarstan)», plans of financial and economic activity of societies for 2017 are discussed.

Following the results of a meeting the commission has made recommendations about improvement of indicators of financial and economic activity of the specified joint-stock companies.

Today, 15.06.2017, the first deputy minister Sergey Demidov and the deputy minister Rustem Merzakreev have acted with a lecture to the experts from the Republic of Crimea who are trained within the educational program at the Kazan innovative university of V. G. Timiryasov (IEML). In a performance urgent issues of realization of state policy in the sphere of the land and property relations, including increase in effective management of the state and municipal ownership, protection of land resources, the cadastral relations, territorial planning, etc. have been touched. On the action course representatives of the administration of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan have answered on numerous questions of listeners.

Today the object training in the order of evacuation in case of origin of the fire in the office building during which actions of staff in case of fire origin were fulfilled is held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the doctrine the conditional center of ignition was found in the building (in the foyer of the 5th floor) and measures to evacuation of the people who are in the building and fire extinguishing are taken.

After the siren sounded, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan orderly left the building.

Evacuation took 4 minutes that means organization and good training of collective.

During doctrines in the building warning systems, ventilatings, signallings and readiness of staff for emergency situations were checked.

13.06.2017 center of culture and folk art of Gorky in the city of Zelenodolsk have passed public hearings on materials of an assessment of ecological impact of construction of HSH "Moscow — Kazan" across the territory of the Zelenodolsky municipal district. At public hearings questions of consequences of construction of the highway, in particular about deforestation, hit in the atmosphere of pollutants and acoustic discomfort have been asked. According to developers of HSH concerning cutting down of trees compensation disembarkation of green plantings — at the rate of one to one is provided. For noise reduction along the highway on all her extent filters will be installed. Developers have also explained that HSH isn't a source of impact on atmospheric air. But during construction by the worker it will be forbidden to burn waste, wood, to transport building materials without awning, and pollution is predicted as local and insignificant.

14.06.2017 the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 08.06.2017 No. 356 has published the order No. 1316-r "About Republican fund of support". The specified order has approved the charter of unitary non-profit organization "Republican Fund of Support".
