On April 21, 2017 the open auction on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the real estate - the apartment in the city of Nizhnekamsk, fixed on the right of economic maintaining for SUE «Elektricheskiye seti» has taken place.

The property is realized for the sum of 2 721 000 rubles.

According to the Federal law "About Joint-stock Companies" the annual general shareholder meetings (AGSM) at which annual reports of the companies are approved decisions on distribution of profit, including payment of dividends are made, new members of the boards of directors and audit commissions are elected, are held every year to the period from March 1 to June 30. Candidacies of the nominated representatives of the state in the specified companies are approved. Decisions on payment of dividends in the sum of more than 250 thousand rubles are made. The plan of receipt of dividends following the results of 2016 makes 65 628 thousand rubles.

As of 01.04.2017 according to information of chambers of the property and land of municipal districts in the Republic of Tatarstan there are 70 329 unclaimed land shares with a total area of 379,7 thousand hectares.

Judgments in 40 municipal districts have recognized the right of municipal property for the land plots with a total area of 233,7 thousand hectares.

According to chambers of the property and land of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the property right of municipalities to the land plots with a total area of 202,8 thousand hectares is registered.

The news agency «RBC Tatarstan» on Thursday has carried out the round table devoted to effective use of lands and real estate objects in which work the deputy minister of the land and property of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, heads of public authorities, and also the president of the Union of appraisers of Tatarstan Andrey Lisichkin, and the deputy director of Institute of development of territories of the Russian Federation, the head of Newline Business group of companies Vasyl Mazitov have taken part. Within the action legal aid is given to 37 residents of two rural settlements of the municipal district.
