Today 04.07.2016, at the next operational meeting held by minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income for 6 months of 2016.

According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 6 months of 2016 348 million 600 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and realization of the state property and land plots. Thus, for the February of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 120,67%.

28.06.2016 held an open auction (for the increase in the cost to the public submission of proposals on the price) on the implementation of state-owned property, reserved on the right economic management for the State Unitary Enterprise "Tattehmedfarm", namely: Pharmacy № 409, with total area of 143.6 square meters, located at the adress: Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny, pr. Mira, 24M. The selling price amounted to 7 million. 125 thousand rubles.

On 30 of June, 2016 within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 02.11.2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" departure of information consulting group on rendering a free legal aid  to rural population of Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

       In structure of information consulting group from the Ministry of  land property  of the Republic of Tatarstan it was involved the leading consultant of department of legal support of land and property – Hanzhina Anna Viktorovna.

On site of SBI "Management of material support" potential participants of the auction for sale of government vehicles have begun inspection of lots for sale at the address: Kazan, Yasenevaya str, 60. Upcoming auction will be held on 11 of July 2016 at 10.00 am at the address: Kazan, Vishnevskogo str.,. 26 (auction hall). Transportat Department of SBI "MMS" produced 25 vehicles units brands LADA SAMARA, DAEWOO NEXIA which are in custody in the territory of the organization.

28.06.2016 at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov held the meeting on the construction of multi-family type rehabilitation center on the territory of SAIPH "Republican children clinical hospital of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Tatarstan" together with the Swiss company "IPEK SA".

The meeting was attended by the members of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, SAIPH "Republican children clinical hospital", representatives of the Swiss company «IPEK SA».

29.06.2016 in video mode held a meeting of the Commission on the consideration of the issues about: transfer to municipal ownership of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, and taking ownership of the municipal real estate property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The comission considered together with representatives of Chambers of property and land relations 20 offers from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of immovable property to the municipal ownership and 1 offer on taking ownership of the municipal real estate property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

22.06.2016, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin held a meeting of the working group on the analysis and control of financial and economic activity of the state unitary enterprises and open joint stock companies of the Republic of Tatarstan with the share of the Republic of Tatarstan in authorized capital.

On the agenda is considered the financial and economic activity of 6 enterprises of the republic: JSC "Forest transport company", JSC "Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan Development", OAO "Ak Bars basis", JSC "Hotel" Algorithm ", SUE" Teploenergoseti "SUE" National trademark ".

It was noted that the financial and economic activity of JSC "Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan", OAO "Ak Bars basis", JSC "Hotel" Algorithm "is unprofitable. Loss of OJSC "Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan" is 1 663 thousand rubles.; financial-economic activity of JSC "AK Bars Basis" by the end of 2015 and the first quarter of 2016 found to be unsatisfactory, the loss of the Company for the 1st quarter of 2016 is 777 thousand rubles; Hotel " Algorithm" loss amounted to 683 thousand in the 1st quarter of 2016 is due to a drop in revenue, till August of this year the Company, taking into account the specifics of the summer season, are planning positive dynamics of financial activity.

The annual general meeting of the PJSC TATNEFT's shareholders was held in Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan) on June 24.

Nail U. Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, presented to the audience the report on the results of PJSC TATNEFT's operations in 2015. He outlined in his speech the operations results of 2015 and perspective plans.

The year 2015 was for TATNEFT, as well as for all the producers of hydrocarbons, difficult and ambiguous. However, the Company met all the production targets, ensuring virtually qualitative growth of all the financial and economic performance results in all the business segments. The Joint Stock Company's strategy was aimed at reducing the level of costs, improving the efficiency and increasing the production volume, expanding high-viscosity oil (HVO) production and development of refining processes at the TANECO Complex.

In order to build high-speed railway "Moscow-Kazan" the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a resolution №416 from 21.06.2016 "About the reservation of land for public needs of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to build high-speed railway" Moscow-Kazan ".

Currently the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarsta is working on the registration of the above resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian State Register Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" was conducted five inspections of the state property assigned for the operational management to public institutions subordinated to ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The inspections revealed the following unused state property:

- A land plot with total area of 247 sqm on Shurtygina str, 22 Kazan;

- vehicle VAZ 21110.

Besides the two institutions has not been drawn on the right of operative management of movable property.
