In the State Budgetary Institution "Management of material support" continues an extensive set of measures to radically improving the environmental and sanitary conditions of the territory: landscape design, landscaping and planting trees is carried out, administrative building is being renovated.

13.07.2016 a competition for filling vacant posts of state civil service: chief of the corporate governance department and leading consultant of department of state property interests protection (which is in structure of the Legal Department), and the competition for inclusion in the reserve for the vacancy of  state civil service - chief of the department of methodology and the formation of municipal property relations (which is in structure of the Legal Department) are announced.

03.07.2016 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law "On state cadastral valuation".

     The law is aimed at improving the procedures for determining the cadastral value. The Act provides for the introduction of the institute of public assessors inventory and transfer of authority to determine the cadastral value to the state budget institutions, which will determine the cadastral value on a regular basis. They may be re-established institutions or existing institutions that are endowed with adequate powers.

03.07.2016 in the village of Karabash in Bugulminsky municipal district held a traditional oil summit the Republic of Tatarstan.

      The summit participants got acquainted with the achievements of PJSC "Tatneft", Kazan Federal University (KFU), JSC "RITEK" and several other enterprises. It presented an advanced enterprise technologies used in the oil industry as well as research and development in terms of operation of wells, development of new fields and others.

11.07/2016 held a public auction (to increase the cost of a public submission of proposals for the price) on the implementation of vehicles assigned to the SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" on the right of operational management.

07.05.2016 Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation admitted that the first part of Article 24.18 of the Federal Law dated 29.07.1998 N 135-FZ (as amended on 06.02.2016.) "On appraisal activities in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - the Law on Appraisal Activity) do not correspond to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, to the extent to which it does not provide the possibility of the municipality to fully substantiate its case in the Commission for disputes on the results of determination of the cadastral value of land and not allow it to challenge the findings in court.

Today in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov held a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Tatspirtprom". They discussed the results of financial and economic activity of the company, payment of taxes and duties to the budget and other issues of the company.

In the first half of 2016 "Tatspirtprom" payments of excise duties and taxes in the amount of 12.5 billion  rubles, which is 3.6 bln. rubles more than in the first half of last year. Including 8.2 billion rubles were directed to the budget of the Russian Federation (up 2.3 bln.), 4.3 billion -. to the Republic of Tatarstan's consolidated budget (an increase of 1.3 billion.).

Increasing the amount of paid taxes and excise duties to the budget is the result of growth of production and sales of products produced by the company, as evidenced by the data, sounded at the meeting. Thus, in the 1st half of 2016 the growth rate of production of alcoholic beverages amounted to 159 percent against the same period last year.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.07.2016 the Ministry considered 1205 applications to 2183 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 826 transactions. In 1357 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

On July 5, during his working visit to Yelabuga region (Tatarstan) to mark the 10th anniversary since the Alabuga Special Econommic Zone foundation, Tatarstan President visited a plant for the float glass production “Trakya Glass Rus”. 

The list of distinguished guests included Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobianin, Chief of Russian Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin, and others.

Accompanied by Director General of SEZ "Alabuga" Timur Shagivaleev the guests got acquainted with the production facilities and looked around workshops and equipment.

It was said during the presentation, that the volume of investments in production totaled about 200 million dollars. The company specializes in production of glass for the automotive industry.

02.07.2016 in the sports complex "Burevestnik" within the framework of the Games of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan held swimming competition.

Team of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan were represented by Oleg Maslenkov (Secrecy Service), Vladlen Morozov (cadastral relations department), Ravil Khasanshin (legal maintenance of cadastral relations department) and Almaz Mubarakov (Department of organization of interaction with local governments on land issues).
