In order to improve traffic safety of vehicles which is on the balance of SBI "Management of material support" in conditions of ice and icy snow, experts of institution is preparing technical specifications and justification of the initial (maximum) contract price for the supply of winter tires of TF "Kama - 505".

On January 1, 2017 (with the exception of certain provisions) shall enter into force on the Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 № 361-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and the Annulment of Certain Legislative Acts (Provisions of Legislative Acts) of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - Federal law).

The federal law is aimed at the creation of mechanisms for implementation and proper execution of the Federal Law "On state registration of real estate".

As of 27.07.2016 it was decided to include in the list of 37,105 citizens having many children who apply for the land plot (in Kazan – 8 443, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny – 4 919 applicants).

On January 1, 2017 shall come into force Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 275-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Concession Agreements" (h&a Law).

As of 1 January 2017 expands the list of objects of concession agreements.

Among them are including sites where the processing storage, disposal, decontamination, disposal of municipal solid waste, gas supply facilities, facilities of social services people, objects of municipal infrastructure and public utilities, including power supply facilities, facilities intended for lighting areas of urban and rural settlements, objects intended for land improvement.

As of 20.07.2016 it was decided to include in the list of 37,087 citizens having many children who apply for the land plot (in Kazan – 8 425, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny – 4 919 applicants).

On behalf of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the suppression of illegal activities on the development of quarries for the extraction of common minerals SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" was carried out inspections of the following land to confirm the presence of quarries data:

04.07.2016 came into force the Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 № 338-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 41 and 84.8 of the Federal Law" On Joint Stock Companies "(hereinafter - Federal law).

As of 07.01.2016 according to information of Chambers of property and land of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, there are 70,631 unclaimed land share with total area of 382.8 hectares

At the end of 6 months of 2016 66 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of 200 agricultural land plots with total area of 570 hectares to the category suitable for further construction were adopted

02.07.2016 SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" held another auction for the right to sign the  agreement of lease of state property: the room number 1000 with a total area of 88.1 square meters, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Dementieva st., 29a.
