Today 08.08.2016, at the next operational meeting held by minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income for 7 months of 2016.

According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 7 months of 2016 591 million 410 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and realization of the state property and land plots. Thus, for the February of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 204,73%.

01.08.2016 the Deputy Head of SBI "Management of material support" conducted informational and explanatory work with the staff of the institution in the framework of implementation of paragraph 3 of protocol of conference of President of the Republic of Tatarstan about the forthcoming elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation, which are scheduled for 18.09.2016. In his speech the head was noted the need for active citizenship and encouraged employees to take part in the upcoming elections with a view to strengthening the legal foundations of civil society.

On 04.08.2016 was planned an open auction for the right to sign the contract of lease of state property - Lot №1: non-residential premises № 1000 (set of premises № 1a, 7, 7a, 21-25), 1001 (room number 8), 1002 (a set of premises № 9, 10, 12-16, 16a, 17, 17a, 18-20) in the 3 floor of the building, Lit A, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizametdinova str., d.20, for office accommodation.

On July 4, 2016 (with the exception of certain provisions) entered into force the Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On the development of small and medium enterprises in the Russian Federation" and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation. "

On August 4, 2016 at the regular meeting of the Board of Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed improving the quality of work on the appraising of state and municipal property in the towns and districts of the republic. Member of the Board of the Partnership, Deputy Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin stressed that repeated violations significantly affect the profitability of state property, revenues, ultimately, the implementation of social programs in the municipalities, as well as affect the reputation of honest appraisers. Members of the Board: Partnership President Andrew Lisichkin and the head of RD RSA "Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan" Dmitry Zahmatov made a speech with the analysis on this issue. They pointed to the need for more efficient use of expert Partnership building in municipalities, need for initial (before the coordination with the ministry) contact of appraising clients on contentious issues with the Council of Experts and representatives of Appraisers SRO, expanding the network of Partnership members in the areas of the country, continuing the practice of joint seminars for Chambers of land and property specialists in practical appraising.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.08.2016 the Ministry considered 1441 applications to 2546 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 969 transactions. In 1577 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

Today, on August 3, 2016 at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Acting Minister Sergey Demidov held a meeting on the creation of industrial parks in the Republic of Tatarstan.

 The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Drozhzhanovsky and Kukmorsky municipal districts, management companies of industrial parks "Vyatka" and "Tyulyachi".

On August 1, 2016 the Council of the municipality "the City of Chistopol" expressed the gratitude to Non-Commercial Partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" for the creation of children's sports playground in the neighborhood of the Territorial Public Self-Government № 7 "Posielok Vodnikov".

Modern sports playground, built in the framework of social-oriented project "Expanding the area of health", will allow the younger generation of neighborhood "Posielok Vodnikov" not only to engage in training, but also to carry out sports competitions, sports games and other events.

On January 1, 2017 shall come into force Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 237-FZ "On state cadastral valuation" (hereinafter - the Federal Law), which establishes a new procedure for state cadastral valuation.

The authority for the state cadastral valuation now endowed to public institutions of the Russian Federation, which will operate on a continuous basis, providing continuous support of the determination of the cadastral value of the respective subject of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - public institutions). The right for decision to hold the state cadastral valuation retained by the authorities of the Russian Federation authorized to conduct it.

In pursuance of the Law dated 12.01.2013 N 8-ZRT "About maintenance of living accommodation for orphans and children left without parental care and on amendments to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On targeted social support of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" State budgetary institution "Republican proprietary treasury" prepared documents for the state registration of ownership of the 51 premises.
