Work seminar on development of gas engine fuel market the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in Zelenodolsk  in the territory of Zelenodolsk factory named after A.M.Gorky.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Gazprom" Viktor Zubkov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, General Director of "Gasprom gas-engine fuel Ltd" Mikhail Likhachev, General Director of "Gazprom Transgaz Kazan Ltd" Rafkat Kantyukov and others.

Today in Tatarstan held a solemn commissioning of three Automobile gas filling compressor stations of Gazprom.

Start the new gas filling facilities gave the chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Gazprom" Viktor Zubkov and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The event was held at the Automobile gas filling compressor station in Zelenodolsk, in teleconference mode operation plant have been introduced in Nizhnekamsk and Bugulma.

Commissioning of 3 Automobile gas filling compressor stations has expanded the existing network up to 13 objects. The total design capacity of gas fueling infrastructure of the republic has increased from 78, 6 million cubic meters to 103 million cubic meters of natural gas per year, which will provide more than 6,000 daily refueling vehicles.

In the aim of proper operation of the gas supply facilities with the land plots which have been sold to specialized organization, subordinated institution of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" filed documents for the implementation of the transfer of ownership for 149 objects and 55 land plots to the Russian State Register Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yesterday in the conference hall "Lazurniy bereg" of the Hotel and entertainment complex "Riviera" was held a training seminar on the theme: "Features of current legislation in the field of land and property relations"

       Current practical issues in the field of land and property relations, the state registration of rights and cadastral registration were actively discussed at the seminar with the participation of lecturers:

Petrushkin Vitaly Anatolievich - chairman of the judicial structure of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga District, an assistant professor of environmental law, labor law and civil procedure law faculty of Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Doctor of Law;

Pechenkina Lydia Vladimirovna - the chief of department of legal support of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Nigmatullina Elmira Faatovna - associate professor of environmental law, labor law and civil procedure law faculty of Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga district, the judge of the Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Tatarstan.

22.06.2016 the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan holds the training seminar for specialists in the field of property and land relations on the topic:

Features of the current legislation in the field of land and property relations. "

Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev took part in the action " Subscribe to the newspaper for parents and to the family," and subscribed to the newspapers for public organizations of Menzelinsky municipal district, which is supervised by the minister.

During the action the newspapers "Respublika Tatarstan", "Selskaya zhizn", "Vibor", "Moya gazeta," local newspaper "Menzelya" on tatar and russian languages in amount of 36 copies were subscribed.

In accordance with the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan employee of SBI Republican proprietary treasury" in cooperation with the representatives of religious organization "Kazan Eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church" filed documents for the registration of transfer of property rights of land plot and property, located in Kazan on Lukovsky street, 21 to the Kazan Eparchy to the Russian State Register Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From 14.06.2016 till 17.06.2016 the transport department of SBI "Management of material support" at the request of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatartstan has been allocated 19 units of vehicles for trips in connection with business necessity and execution activities. 8 of these units were granted to carrying out planned inspections.

The order, approved by this resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan determines the formation, maintenance and mandatory publication of the list of property located in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is free from rights of third parties (except for the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses) and is intended to provide to small and medium businesses and organizations, which are forming the infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized businesses, in order to provide them a material support.

Property included in the list can be used only for the purposes of its provision to small and medium business and organizations which are forming the infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized businesses, in possession and (or) use, including rent, and may be disposed of on a commercial basis the ownership of small and medium-sized businesses.

Subordinated institution of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" held an open auction for the right to conclude a contract of lease of state property, which is  attached to the operational management to the Plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation, located at the address: Moscow, Kotelnicheskaya Naberezhnaya, 29, 4-th floor. Monthly rent will make 449 002.40 rubles.
