Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work in accordance with agreements with the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the monitoring of key transactions for the management of municipal property and land.

      In January-August 2015 the Ministry considered 965 applications from 42 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to 2037 transactions, 851 of them agreed transactions. 1186 transactions are noted, documents sent for revision.

In municipal areas continues work on the allocation of land plots to large families.

      As of 08.26.2015 in the Republic of Tatarstan:

      - Large families - 36 705

      - Included in the lists - 31 851

      - Granted plots - 23 581 section.

      Although the program of land to large families is implemented in 2012, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to receive questions about the free provision of land for large families, for example.

       State budgetary institution “Republican Property Treasury “ on 25th of August,2015 carried out the open auction on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of 9 vehicles of establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On 22th of augst , 2015 Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev took part in the Republican charity campaign "Help get ready for school" in the secured Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      The festive event for future first-graders was held on the territory of the House of children's creativity.

      Together with the Minister Azat Hamaevym in a solemn ceremony attended by the head of Menzelinsky municipal district of Tatarstan Aydar Salahov and the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Sharipov.

During the year the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan took measures to reform the State Unitary Enterprise "Special sanitary motor company" through its transformation into an institution. These activities were carried out in order to create an effective framework ambulance in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

By results of first stage (creativity of the company) of the competition "Appraisers of Year 2015 — the Republic of Tatarstan" which is carried out  among all appraisers of Tatarstan by "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan"  the estimated organization - the member of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan the Innovative company "Business-Sodeystviye" is declared the winner . The estimated community actively prepares for an internal stage of competition which will come to the end of November, for date of a professional holiday - Day of the appraiser.

      On 18th of August, 2015 in Management of Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan the next examination on compliance to requirements of the legislation imposed to cadastral engineers took place. From the declared 18 citizens of Russia having the document on secondary professional or higher education, interested in becoming cadastral engineers examination was reached by 17 people. One applicant for a good reason wasn't.

On 20th of August, 2015 at the next board meeting of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" results of the III Republican forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations, positioning of Partnership within events of a forum, development prospect according to the made decisions were discussed.
