      On 13th of August, 2015, within election campaign, the minister A. Hamayev took part in work of a descent of citizens of the Kadryakovskoe rural settlement of Menzelinsky of the municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Corresponding changes are made to the Criminal code of the Russian Federation and to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences. So, for entering of obviously false data into the boundary plan, the technical plan, the act of inspection, the project of a land surveying of the land plots or into the map (plan) of the territory, and also for forgery of documents on the basis of which the above documents were prepared, the following types of punishments are provided:

The Сabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan made the decision on allocation of money for the total amount of 1 400 000 rubles for reconstruction of a chimney in the gas boiler room located at the address: Kazan, Kosmonavtov St., 59.

        State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out check of use of the real estate objects located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Ulyanov-Lenin St., 22, Novo-Pesochnaya St., 44.

State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" proceeds order taking for participation in auction on implementation of the equity stake of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise" which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The initial price of implementation of the 100 percent equity stake of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise" makes 19 297 000 rubles.

Today at the meeting of Board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan the first deputy minister Sergey Demidov reported about results of work on granting the land plots to large families .

In the Republic of Tatarstan:

- large families – 36 248,

- it is included in lists – 31 403,

- it is provided plots – 23 530 plots (74,93%).

 Sergey Demidov emphasized,that they are compelled to state decrease in percent of  provision of large families with the land plots. If for the beginning of year  78,54% of large families were provided with the land plots, now these indicators make only 74,93%. According to information of districts, the main reason of decrease – a lack of additional plots.

The annual plan is implemented for 65 percent.

       Following the results of the first half-year of 2015 of receipt in the budget of  the Republic of Tatarstan from management and use of the state property made more than 418 million rubles that exceeds 72,3 percent from an annual task.

  Such figures were sounded today at a meeting of board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan which took place in the videoconference mode with participation of representatives of all municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the minister of land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev, the Board summed up the work results of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  and chambers (managements) of property and land of municipalities of the republic in the first half of 2015.

       The most common violation is unauthorized occupation of land.

       In Tatarstan, the amount of fines for violation of land legislation multiply increased for the first half of this year comparing to the same period of 2014 from seven to 18 million rubles. It was announced on August 12 at a press conference in Tatar-inform by the deputy Head of Federal State Statistics Service in Tatarstan Artem Kostin.

       He said that increase of amount of fines imposed was largely due to tightening of liability for land violations.

       From March 20 this year, the fines increased significantly, now they are charged on the basis of the cadastral value of land. The penalty is applied differentially, depending on size of a site and its location.

       Kostin noted that the most common violation was unauthorized occupation of land. The most common violators are individuals, almost 89 percent.

The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan according to powers takes part in coordination of draft documents of territorial planning.

       According to item 4 of Art. 9 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation  isn't allowed acceptance by public authorities, local governments of decisions on reservation of lands, about seizure of land for the state or municipal needs, about the transfer of lands from one category in another, about granting the land plots which are in the state or municipal property for placement of objects of federal value, objects of regional value, objects of local value if placement of such objects isn't provided by documents of territorial planning of the Russian Federation, documents of territorial planning of the subject of the Russian Federation, documents of territorial planning of municipalities.
