Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work on the formation of a property complex SBIC "State Historical-Architectural and Art Museum" The Island of Sviyazhsk. " To create a single architectural and landscape ensemble of historical and cultural reserve of the island Sviyazhsk is necessary to unite all the cultural heritage and the surrounding areas of the island in a single museum complex. In this regard, 08.11.2015 in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place the working meeting on the issue of redistribution of property located on the island of Sviyazhsk, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders.

According to the results of the Republican competition for the provision of material support to socially-oriented non-profit organizations Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan agreed contracts for gratuitous use of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan (premises, furniture and equipment in a building on the March 8 str., 18 Kazan) with 19 socially oriented non-profit organizations recognized in accordance with the decision of the Competition Commission the winners.

Transport Department of "Management of material support" for the effective use of state property work on the acceptance for safekeeping following vehicles:

Today, 10.08.2015, at the next operational meeting at the minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in 7 months 2015.

       According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, in 7 months of 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 555 million 60 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan . Thus, in 7 months of the current year the budgetary task is completed for 95,97 %

In accordance with the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of Tatarstan employee of SBI “Republican Property Treasury "filed documents for registration of ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan for two health facilities in the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On 23rd of July, 2015 is taken place departure of information consulting group, for carrying out receptions on rendering a free legal aid to country people within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22nd of March,2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 2nd of November,2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" to Yanurusovskoe ryral settlement and the urban settlement Jalil of the Sarmanovsky municipal district.

Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work in accordance with agreements with the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the monitoring of key transactions for the management of municipal property and land.

      In January-July 2015 the Ministry considered 840 applications from 42 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to 1823 transactions, 809 of them agreed transactions. 1014 transactions are noted, documents sent for revision.

08.06.2015 at the Ministry of Land and Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov held a meeting on the implementation of orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on registration of land plots located in the Shetnevo-Tulushskoye rural settlement of Rybno-Slobodsky Municipal District for CJSC "Vivaton "in order to grow medicinal herbs.
