The problem of state registration of rights to objects of individual housing construction, as well as other properties, erected without a building permit repeatedly highlighted. According to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation (Article 51) establishes the requirement for the developer to obtain a building permit, including an individual house, and regardless of whether the acts so-called "dacha amnesty" or not. This means that before you begin to build a house, you should contact the authority in order to obtain a building permit. As practice shows, the applicants applying for state registration of individual houses, arise with problem: in the course of legal examination of the documents submitted by the state registrar revealed that the construction of the property by the applicant did not have the permission. In this case, absence of the permission is the one of the criteria for classifying the specified object to the category "unauthorized construction". 

State budgetary institution “Republican Property Treasury “ on 31th of July,2015 carried out the open auction on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of 6 vehicles of establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1 vehicle for total price of 85 700,00 rubles was realized.

The meeting of the expert group to discuss the results and effectiveness of law enforcement in the course of cadastral valuation of land in the city of Kazan, in accordance with the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 25.11.2013 № 927 took place in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan 30.07.2015.        During a lively discussion, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, discussed the impact of changes in tax legislation on the business environment, including both small and medium businesses and large industrial enterprises, the ability to considering the opinion of the expert community in developing and implementing relevant legal acts.

       As of 31st of  July, 2015 on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan   there are accepted 67 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation more than 340 land plots with a total area about 630 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business, for placement of pits, objects of communication, road service, oil production and other industrial facilities.

       The prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev allows reduction of terms of withdrawal of not used farmlands from five to three years.

And it will simplify seizure of land plots in case it is necessary" — the prime minister offered.

      The board of the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconference mode with participation of heads of chambers, managements (committee) of  property and land  about activity results in the first half of the year 2015 will take place   on  13th of August, 2015. Questions of ensuring profitability of the state and municipal property, reduction of debt on rent of the land plots and property, execution of agreements on interaction with Ministry , granting the land plots to large families, of statement on the cadastral accounting of borders of rural settlements and some other questions will be considered.

       On 23rd of July, 2015 is taken place departure of information consulting group, for carrying out receptions on rendering a free legal aid to country people within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22nd of March,2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 2nd of November,2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" to the Aktanyshsky municipal district.

       The board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", among other social projects, approved the main directions of profile interaction with SUE of the Republic of Tatarstan "National trade mark” this year .    

       Already since the end of last year in the Republic of Tatarstan, , at the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, is realized the project of confirmation of quality of food products under the "National Trademark of the Republic of Tatarstan" brand for the purpose of association of producers of the best food of the Republic of Tatarstan and ensuring compliance to production made by them to the highest requirements of quality for formation of consumer confidence and satisfaction of needs of inhabitants of the republic and other regions .

       In the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was taken place a meeting of the commission on consideration of questions of transfer to municipal property of the real estate which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan and acceptance of real estate from municipal property to property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the video conference mode. At the meeting of the commission together with representatives of Chambers of  property and land were considered 11 offers of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on transfer of real estate to municipal property .

       Following the results of a meeting of the commission 9 offers are satisfied.

       in 2013-2015T the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out transfer to municipal property of 82 child care preschool educational institutions which are constructed according to the Road map program by SBI "Head Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan".
