       23th of July,2015 was taken place the meeting in the video conferencing mode with heads of 18 chambers and managements of property and land of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also Committee of  land and property of Kazan concerning reduction of debt on payments for rent of the land plots and property in municipal budgets. The deputy minister Rustem Shameev held the meeting.

He noted that the unsuccessful situation in many municipalities with debt on a rent was the cause for discussion. For the end of the first half of the year the total amount of debt on all municipalities of the republic made more than half a billion rubles. Thus since the beginning of year the debt on payments for rent of municipal property increased for 32%, in comparison with the first half of the year of last year – for 58%. On a rent for the earth growth in relation to the similar period of last year made 30%.

       During discussion the reasons of growth of debt on each municipality which took part in meeting, and also the measures taken for its reduction were in detail considered. One of the main reasons for preservation and growth of debt – increase of cadastral cost of the land plots, seasonal nature of receipt of the income of agricultural producers, an unsuccessful financial condition of tenants, lack of property at debtors in the presence of judgments on collecting debt.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of carrying out the stock "National Inventory" by municipalities – the actions for involvement in economic circulation revealed by means of the population empty, not used,improperly used land plots, buildings and rooms. 

       The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with representatives of Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Managements of Rosselkhoznadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan and local government of the Elabuzhsky district on 21st of July,2015 conducted examination of the land plot with cadastral number 16:18:110501:147, of 49,8 hectares, located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Elabuzhsky district, the Pospelovsky rural settlement, being in property at the citizen Denisov I.N. The land plot isn't used according to the allowed use, i.e. for maintaining peasant farm enterprise  that leads to deterioration of a qualitative condition of the earth. Management of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan  initiated administrative proceedings against the owner on item 2 of Art. 8.7 of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses (non-performance of actions for improvement, protection of lands and other negative impact, - attracts imposing of a penalty on citizens in the amount of 20 to 50 thousand rubles).

       On 23rd of July, 2015 in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin it was took place the meeting on a question of allocation of the land plot in close proximity to the International airport "Kazan" for construction of the International congress and exhibition center in Kazan .

       For discussion of the matter representatives of the Laishevsky municipal district, the Ministry of  industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial administration of Federal Agency for State Property Management of the Republic of Tatarstan, GKU "Head Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan", JSC "Production and Construction Association "Kazan", JSC "Svyazyinvestneftekhim", GUP "Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt", management company Ak Bars Capital were invited.

       During meeting the plan schedule of collaborations was defined.

       On 21st of July,2015 in Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan it was took place the examination on compliance to requirements of the legislation imposed to cadastral engineers . From the declared 18 citizens of Russia having the document on secondary professional or higher education, who wanted to become cadastral engineers, 15 persons reached the  examination. Other applicants on various circumstances weren't.

       In 2013-2015 the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out the transfer of 316 universal sports grounds built by SBI 'Main investment and construction management of the Republic of Tatarstan "to municipal property. 

       Today in a conference room "Grand hotel Kazan" it is took place the training seminar on a subject: "Reform of the land legislation taking into account features of placement of linear objects and subsurface use"

       The subject of a seminar was opened by lecturers:

       Bocharov Mikhail Vladimirovich – the deputy director of Department of real estate of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation;

       Hamidullina Farida Ildarovna - the candidate of jurisprudence, the associate professor of the civil and enterprise law of law department of KFU.

       In work of a seminar it was accepted participation about 90 listeners – representatives of the oil-extracting companies of the republic, profile experts of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan . The wide range of questions, connected with the concept of the changes made to the legislation, was considered, the most essential moments of the new land legislation were considered. Lecturers answered numerous questions of listeners.

        Specialists of State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" carried out exit check of the state property – recreation facility of "Ryabinushka", being in the territory of National park "Nizhnyaya Kama" of the Tukayevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that the auction on sale of the equity stake of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autopredpriyatie" which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan appointed on 5th of August,2015 at 10.00 o'clock, according to the protocol of 20th of July,2015 it is recognized cancelled in view of participation of one participant.

The commission on write-off in the first half of July, 2015 considered the demands which arrived from 58 organizations. From total number of demands write-off is authorized to 57 organizations: it is written off 511 objects of property, including 438 units of equipment and office equipments, 56 units of vehicles, 17 buildings and constructions - morally and physically outdated, unsuitable to further operation .
