The rehearsal in which three sports venues – Kazan Arena Stadium, Kazanka Venue and Water Polo Arena – were involved, began early in the morning. More than 3,000 people took part in it.

The venue team of the Kazan Arena Stadium arrived at their place of work early in the morning at 6.45. By 8 o’clock, workforce briefing was completed and police, EMERCOM officers and safety stewards entered on duty at their posts. After all preparatory works were done, athletes and officials arrived at the venue. A doping control station began its work. As part of the drills, the organisers also tested the operation of media shuttles.

       Today in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Merzakreev it is took place the meeting about execution of an order of the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on registration of enclave plots and plots under objects of transport and social infrastructure of SEZ "Innopolis".

         By results of open biddings (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) of realization of the state property which is carried out on 5th of June, 2015 to the address Kazan, Vishnevsky St. of 26  ,   it was realized 7 Daewoo Nexia cars (2008 of release) from 9 cars .

       Now the transport department of State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material support" conducts work on transfer of vehicles to new owners.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan declared open biddings (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) on realization of the uninhabited building with the land plot located in historic center of Kazan on Butlerov St., 41.

       The initial price – 39 985 000 (Thirty nine million nine hundred eighty five thousand) rubles excluding VAT.

       Auction step - 440 000 (Four hundred forty thousand) rubles.

Date of the auction on 21st of August, 2015 at 10.00.

        Concerning survey of property and submission of demands for participation in auction to address in the working days from 09.00 till 18.00, on Friday till 16.45 (a lunch from 11.45 till 12.30). Survey of property will take place on 22nd of July, 2015 at 11.00.        On 14th of July,2015 open auction on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of 5 vehicles of establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out.

       By results of the auction 4 cars for the total amount of 139 900,00 rub are realized.

       In 2014 Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed more than 65 thousand hectares of not used   agricultural lands. As a result of pre-judicial settlement this area is reduced to 33 thousand hectares.

       According to changes in the land legislation in 2015, the state land supervision regarding use of the land plots from lands of agricultural purpose which turn is regulated by the Federal law of 24th of July,2002 No. 101-FZ "About a turn of lands of agricultural purpose", for maintaining agricultural production or implementation of other activity connected with agricultural production is assigned to Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

     Estimated organizations "Aktsept" (JSC Auditor Company Centre of audit and consulting) and "Nezavisimaya konsaltingovaya firma" (JSC NKF) - members of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" - were included into one hundred leading companies of Russia in the sphere of an assessment, and  took 1 and the 9th places in the Volga Federal District.

   There are the results of the annual project "Rankings of Estimated Companies of Russia", carried out by the international group RAEX ("Expert RA"). The project is directed on formation of objective information on the companies working at the market of an assessment, their positioning and increase of level of their popularity. Members of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan , representing the most effective companies of business community  earlier  entered lists of leaders of the market of an assessment of the Russian Federation (see materials of site ocenshiki-rt.ru ).

       State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of  land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan, carried out the check of use of the state property located in Zainsk.

       By results of check of two institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic it is revealed that 10 real estate objectswith total area of 2 489 sq.m.and the land plot aren't used.

The order of granting the land plots which are in the state or municipal property, to non-profit organizations (NPO) for development of the territory for construction and operation of hired houses of social use is fixed in the Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Such lands are provided in rent for a period of up to five years without tendering.

       Lands are provided in case if the NPO is the participant of the state or municipal program on development of such territories and if auctions on right to contract about development of the territory concerning the concrete land plot not less than two time in a row are declared cancelled.

       On 9th of July, 2015 departure of information consulting group from specialists of the ministries and departments on rendering a free legal aid in Yakovlevsky and Mortovsky rural settlements of the Yelabuzhsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
