       The commission on write-off in June, 2015 considered the demands which arrived from the 61 organizations. From total number of demands it is authorized  the write-off  to the 53 organizations: 674 objects of property, including 609 units of equipment and office equipments, 55 units of vehicles, the 10 building and constructions - morally and physically outdated, unsuitable to further operation are written off.

        By results of work of the Commission it is refused write-off to 8 organizations in connection with the wrong charge of depreciation, absence of necessary documents for real estate objects and the land plots, 4 units of the vehicles presented on write-off are directed on realization through the auction.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that JSC "Center of Development of the land of the Republic of Tatarstan" holds the training seminar on a subject: "Reform of the land legislation taking into account features of placement of linear objects and subsurface use".

       During a seminar the last changes in the land legislation will be considered, and also answers to topical legal issues are given.

       The seminar will take place on  22th of July, 2015 to the address: The Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Peterburgskaya St., 1, Grand hotel Kazan, "Gabdull Tukay's" conference room, the beginning of a seminar in 10:00.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan (State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury - the organizer of the auction) reports that the auction appointed on 10th of July,2015  on sale of the land plots with a total area of 25 hectares located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan the Pestrechinsky municipal district, the Kryash-Serdinsky rural settlement, from lands of agricultural purpose, the allowed use: for the agricultural production withdrawn forcibly is declared cancelled because of absence of demands.

       According to Art. 10 of the Federal law of 24th of July,2002 No. 101-FZ "About a turn of lands of agricultural purpose" if the public auction on sale of the land plot is declared cancelled, such land plot can be acquired in the state or municipal property at the initial price of this auction within two months from the date of recognition of the auction of the cancelled.

       Now the question of repayment of this plot in the state or municipal property is considered.

       During interaction with Federal fund of assistance to development of housing construction of  the Russian Federation it is delegated to the Republic of Tatarstan powers on management and dispose of plots with a total area of 521,5 hectares in the Dachnoe rural settlement of the Vysokogorsky municipal district for granting plots to large families of Kazan.

 Today, July 8, 2015, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Sergey Demidov held a meeting with stakeholders on the issue of clarifying the composition of the land on which it is supposed for the accommodation of tourist-recreational cluster "Nariman" (hereinafter - TRC "Nariman") in Verkhneuslonsky municipal district, to determine the order of registration of land for recreational purposes in accordance with the law.

In anticipation of the 16 th FINA World Championships Water sport SBI "Management of material support " at the request of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan provides an aqueous form of transport for monitoring the waters of the Volga and Kazanka rivers.

      Lot No. 1: Land plot, category of lands: land of agricultural purpose, the allowed use: for agricultural production, the total area of 50 000 sq.m., the cadastral number 16:33:090408:54 located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Pestrechinsky municipal district, Kryash-Serdinsky rural settlement.

       Today, 12.07.2015, at the next operational meeting at the minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in four months 2015.

       According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, in four months of 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 418 million 410 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan . Thus, in four months of the current year the budgetary task is completed for 187,07%.

Transport Department of SBI " Management of material support " is being prepared for the auction to be held on 08.14.2015, in SBI " Republican proprietary treasury". At the auction will be exhibited vehicles are in custody in SBI "Management of material support" of 9 units of the following brands:
