       On 10th of September, 2015 the meeting of a attestation commission of the Ministry of  land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan of attestation of the public civil servants for assignment of the corresponding class ranks on the basis of an assessment of professional office activity took place.

     3 public servants were  passed the attestation. 

       Yesterday, on 8th of September,2015 in "Grand hotel Kazan" the training seminar for heads and specialists of chambers (managements, committee) of  property and land  of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on a subject: "Land and property in 2015: new requirements of land and civil law" is held. 112 people took part in seminar.  The deputy minister of the land and property relations Rustem Shameev opened the seminar.

      Heads and experts of operators of grants of the Russian President for socially oriented non-profit organizations (National Charity Foundation and Company "Znaniye", Moscow) held  a series of seminars and trainings on topical issues of activity of socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPO) last week in Kazan. Action took place with broad involvement republican SO NPO, on the basis of the member organization of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan - University of management  "TISBI". In work of seminars active part was taken by the executive director of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Bulgakov (sections "Social Design", "Participation in Competitions of Grants") and the expert of executive management of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Belykh ("Communications in fundraising", "PR and relationship with mass media").

      On 4th of September, 2015 in municipal budgetary institution "The sport complex "Bars" of the Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan is took place the action for rendering a free legal aid to the population of the Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 2nd of November, 2012 No. 73-ZRT "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan".

      In pursuance of the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan of 7th of August,2015 No. 1828-r on the basis of results of open auction which took place on 3rd of September, 2015 in the territory of State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Support"  at the address: Kazan, Yasenevaya St., 60, transport department of State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Support", are leased 2 freight vehicles MAN with a van and the semi-trailer. 

      State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, carried out check of use of the state property which is located in Laishevo. By results of verification of the establishment subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan it is revealed that 6 real estate objects, with a total area of 1 092,8 sq.m., part of the land plot on Zelenaya St., 1a and 8 cars aren't used.

      As of 3rd of September, 2015 on the projects 79 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer more than 370 land plots with a total area about 700 hectares from category of lands of agricultural purpose in the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business, for placement of pits, objects of communication, road service, oil production and other industrial facilities, prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan,   are accepted.

      According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 21st of November,2005 No. 543 "About authorized body of the Republic of Tatarstan in cases of bankruptcy and in bankruptcy procedures" and the provision on an order of realization of functions of authorized body in cases of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is continuing work on inclusion of organizations having a debt to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, being in procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy)in the register of requirements of creditors of the.

         August 31, 2015, in the framework of the campaign "Help to get ready for school," Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev took part in the celebrations of the All-Russia holiday "Day of Knowledge". The event was held in Menzelinsk special (correctional) educational boarding school of VIII kind.

       According to the results of the auction which is held by the authorized body on August 24, 2015 at the address: Kazan, Pravo-Bulachnaya, str. 5 - the State Committee on procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded government contracts for the supply of fuel and oil materials and spare parts for motor vehicles which are on the balance of SBI "Management of material support" which caters to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
