      Today, on 17th of September, 2015, in the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of a working trip to Aznakayevsky and Muslyumovsky municipal districts the meeting under the chairmanship of the first deputy minister of land and property  Sergey Demidov with interested parties on the question concerning disuse  of a significant amount of the farmlands in the Muslyumovsky municipal district which are in the property of JSC "Agrokompaniya" and rent of JSC "Muslyumovskaya Agricultural Firm" provided to withdrawal according to the established in legislation order according to the List of orders of the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov took place.

Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive committee of the Muslyumovsky municipal district participated in the meeting

      During the meeting it is revealed that the land plots with a total area about 17 thousand hectares which are in the state and private property are in rent and sublease of JSC "Muslyumovskaya Agricultural Firm" now. Thus within a year these lands aren't processed. For this reason the Department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan initiates the corresponding administrative proceedings.

      Following the results of the meeting and according to impossibility to make withdrawal of the specified lands on the basis of the current legislation it is recommended to local government of the Muslyumovsky municipal district to send offers to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan to find the way out from this situation with the purpose of further use of the land plots.

Within the Federal law of 26th of October,2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  is conducting work on monitoring of conditions of the organizations which are carrying out the activity in housing sector of the Republic of Tatarstan, being in procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy) and elaboration of further actions together with the interested departments on prevention of deterioration of service of the population in housing sector.

State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, carried out the verification of use of the state property located in the Mamadyshsky district, the village Kamsky Lespromhoz .

On  22nd and 23rd of September, 2015 the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan holds the training seminar for representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan in governing bodies and control of joint-stock companies with the state share and the independent directors elected for 2015-2016 in structure of board of directors from shares in authorized capitals of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today on 14th of September,2015, at the next operational meeting with the minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded the results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in 8 months of 2015 .

      According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry, in 8 months of 2015 596 million 560 thousand rubles of the non-tax income from the use and realization of the state property and  land plots  came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan . Thus, in 8 months of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 103,14%.

In the Republic of Tatarstan:

- large families – 36 884,

- it is included in lists – 32 085,

- it is provided plots – 23 676 plots.

Free provision of land to large families in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out in accordance with st.32.1 Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan (h.a. - LC RT).

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out the transfer of 83 child care preschool educational institutions constructed according to the Road map program and are again put into operation,and 88 multipurpose centers for the Rural Clubs program to municipal property. Construction of these buildings was conducted by SPI "Head Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2013-2014.

       On the basis of the auction which is carried out on 24th of July, 2015 to the address: Kazan, Pravo-Bulachnaya St., 5 – the State committee on purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the state contract for acquisition of 16 cars (LADA Granta and VAZ-2131).

       On 10th of September,2015 in the Ministry of land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin held the meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on replacement of 2 vacancies of the public civil service:

· head of legal support of the cadastral relations department;

· leading consultant of department of legal support of land and property (in structure of legal management).
