As of 28th of September, 2015, 94 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer more than 420 land plots with a total area about 750 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business, for placement of pits, objects of communication, road service, oil production and other industrial facilities,which was prepared on the projects of the ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, are accepted.
The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan declared sale of the uninhabited building with the land plot located in historic center of the city of Kazan on Butlerov St., 41 through the public offer with an open form of submission of offers.
The price of the initial offer – 39 985 000 (Thirty nine million nine hundred eighty five thousand) rubles excluding VAT;
Minimal price of the offer (stop-out price) - 19 992 500 (Nineteen million nine hundred ninety two thousand five hundred) rubles.
The size of decrease in the initial price (decrease step) – 1 999 250 (One million nine hundred ninety nine thousand two hundred fifty) rubles.
The advance in price size (auction step) – 399 850 (Three hundred ninety nine thousand eight hundred fifty) rubles.
Date – on 3rd of November, 2015 at 10.00 o'clock.
Concerning survey of property and applications for participation in sale of property are accepted in the working days from 09.00 to 18.00 o'clock, on Friday to 16.45 o'clock (a lunch from 11.45 till 12.30). Survey of property will take place on 29th of September, 2015 at 10.00 o'clock.
