       According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for the III quarter of 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 609 million 610 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus, for the III quarter of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 105,40%.

Within the program of professional development of the public and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan "Effective management of the state and municipal property" which was held from 29th of September to 8th of October, 2015 on the basis of the Higher school of the public and municipal administration of the Kazan federal university the executive director of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Bulgakov addressed the audience.

Two verifications of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan located in city of Nurlat, are carried out.

       During verification it is revealed that:

- 5 real estate objects with a total area of 828,7 sq.m, 3 land plots with a total area of 3456 sq.m and 3 units of motor transportation equipment aren't used;

- 3  real estate objects with a total area of 1302,4 sq.m. aren't entered in the Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan (photos are attached).

       At the subordinated institution of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan "Management of Material Support" it  is conducted the work on preparation for a heating season. In the office building of State Budgetary Institution "MMS" at the address: Kazan, Kosmonavtov St., 59 it is carried out hydraulic pressure testing of system of heating, and in the building at the address: Kazan, the settlement of Konstantinovka, Yasenevaya St., 60 it is carried out the control start-up of heat .

On 3rd of October, 2015 within a traditional nature protection action "Day of Landing of the Wood" the staff of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took active part in memorable landing of the wood by planting saplings of coniferous breeds in the Vysokogorsky local forest area, the settlement of Kadyshevo.

       According to information of Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, this year the action was supported by more than 150 thousand inhabitants of our republic,  over 1 million pieces of new trees on the total area of 300 hectares were planted.

On 2nd October, 2015 in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov it is took place the meeting on a question of allocation of the land plot under construction of training center for carrying out shooting practice of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in territories of Laishevsky and Rybno-Slobodsky municipal districts .

       The representatives of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, local governments of the Laishevsky and  Rybno Slobodsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan were invited for discussion.

       This order extends on the land plots which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the land plots the state property on which isn't delimited. The order is prepared for the purpose of implementation of article 39.25 of the Land code of the Russian Federation.

        The order provided that concerning the land plots located in the territory of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the payment size is determined by the agreement on establishment of an easement depending on the rent size for the land plot on which the easement extends.

Last week in IT park representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan in governing bodies and control of joint-stock companies with shares of the Republic of Tatarstan in authorized capitals   were took part in training seminar on subjects:

- "Corporate management as technology of ensuring stability and increase of efficiency of business";

On 27th of September,2015 at Kazan-Arena stadium was passed the All-Russian day of run "Cross of the Nation - 2015". To a sporting event there were athletes, school students, students, employees of the enterprises, departments and ministries - more than 24 thousand participants.

       the staff of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took active part in the All-Russian sporting event.  

       On 26th of September,2015 within the Sports contest of Public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan was passed a group stage of competitions in mini football in the KAI-OLYMP sports complex. The team of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took active part in competitions.
