The project "Expanding the areas of health", developed in the aim of cooperation and interaction between the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" and territorial public self-government №7 «The village of watermen» (Chistopol), was among the winners of the contest of socially-oriented non-profit organizations for the right to obtain subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015.

      The project envisages improvement of common sports playground "Brigantine" - the traditional sites of mass sports and other activities, physical education and children recovery, communication of representatives of different generations, celebrations and meetings, with an invitation of veterans - the best representatives of the profession, honorary fellows.

   The authors of the project, developed with the active assistance of the administration of the city of Chistopol, Ministry of land and property of th Republic of Tatarstan , were Nafis Garayev (head PSG №7 « The village of watermen»), Andrey Lisichkin (President of the Union of Appraisers of RT), Oleg Bulgakov, Elena Kochneva, Olga Belich (executive management Partnership ).

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1 last year. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

       On the 8-t of October, 2015, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 07.10.2015 № 67-ZRT "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" entered into a force.

       By this law the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan is added to article 333, which establishes a system of criteria for the allocation of land plots for rent to legal entities without bidding in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to accomodate social and cultural and household purpose, large-scale investment projects in the case of If such an object corresponds to the priorities and objectives identified in the strategic planning documents, forecasts and programs of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan, municipalities, and large-scale investment project complies with the following investment criteria:

1) the creation or increase of the number of jobs;

2) the requirement for the prospective volume of investments;

3) an increase in annual revenue from taxes levied on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan

4) construction of individual houses and (or) of apartment buildings to provide measures to protect the rights of citizens – participants of share construction of houses affected by the action (or inaction) of unscrupulous developers.

Last Saturday, 10 October 2015 with a broad range of producers and citizens - visitors Kazan agro-industrial park, held the 1-st Republican Festival-contest “National trademark of the Republic of Tatarstan “ in the nomination "Kazylyk" (domestic meat products).

    The work of the jury, along with representatives of the organizer - SUE “National trademark of the Republic of Tatarstan “, relevant agencies, banks, insurance companies, national artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation Venera Ganeeva, head of the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers Zufar Gayazov, chairman of the World Association of Tatar businessmen Farit Urazaev , attends the executive director of the nonprofit partnership "Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan " Oleg Bulgakov.

         On October 5, 2015 in SBI “MMS” started intensive work on the landscaping. The work includes complex of measures: the planning and the installation of tracks and platforms for vehicles, constructing of various engineering systems, constructing of small architectural forms, landscape design works, works with green areas, aimed at improving environmental and sanitary conditions, as well as problem of solving aesthetic appearance of the area.

       For the creation of the Database of investment attractive land plots the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan analysed the information provided by local governments of 37 municipalities about 118 land plots with a total area of 17 468,65 hectares. From them 92 land plots with total area of 1 783,15 hectares have transport availability, 58 land plots with total area of 653,71 hectares are provided with capacities of electroproviding, 55 land plots with total area of 645,71 hectares are provided gas supply and 57 land plots with total area of 553,66 hectares are provided water supply.

       In pursuance of the Federal law of 29th of July,1998 No. 135 Federal Laws "About Estimated Activity in the Russian Federation" (further – federal law) the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies:

       The draft of the report of 5th of October,2015 No. 1-2015 "About determination of cadastral cost of the land plots as a part of lands of the settlements located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (except for lands of the settlement of Kazan)" is included in fund of data of the state cadastral assessment on 9th of October,2015 for 20 working days (till 5th of November,2015).

       Two verifications of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan located in the city of Nizhnekamsk, are carried out.

       The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out the open auction on right to sign the contract of trust management of the state property – the gas pipeline branch and GRS "Blue Flame" which is located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Chistopolsky district, Buldyrsky rural settlement (further – Object). A closing date of the contract of trust management – 5 years. The purpose of transfer of the object to trust management - uninterrupted supply of gas from the main gas pipeline to GRS for performance of certain operations in the subsequent distribution of gas on consumers.

        Demands are considered, the only participant of auction on a lot No. 1 is recognized as JSC «Regionalnye gazoraspredelitelnye seti».

            Due to the deterioration of weather conditions, transport department of State budgetary institution "Management of Material Support"  conducts the work on a raising of a water transport from water and preservation of their motors for the winter period.
