Verification of the state property – building of “Bavly” checkpoint with total area of 108.3 sq.m., wich is located in Bavlinsky municipal district, area between 349-225 km of the Kazan-Orenburg highway.

During verification it is revealed that:

- Property is not used, it is in poor condition.

Pursuant to the List of orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov of 30.10.2013 № 235-PR on the organization of the funeral complex in the territory of Kazan on the territory of Pestrechinsky municipal district, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter - MZIO RT) has prepared a draft resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of agricultural land plot with cadastral number 16: 33: 080709: 36 with total area of 77.7 hectares to the category of industrial land and other special purpose in the aim the object of ritual activity accommodation.

       Within actions of the working group on control of effective and rational use of the sports constructions built in the Republic of Tatarstan within the Federal purpose-oriented program "Development of Physical Culture and Sport in the Russian Federation for 2006-2015", the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out departure to 9 cities and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan: Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Bugulma, Leninogorsk, Almetyevsk, Tukayevsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Rybno-slobodsky municipal districts.

 The write-off commission in the period from January to September, 2015 considered demands from 400 organizations. Of the total number of applications it was allowed to write off for 374 organizations: 4043 objects of property, including 3607 units of equipment and office equipments, 362 units of vehicles, 74 buildings and constructions - morally and physically obsolete, unfit for further use.

       4 verifications of the state property, including 3 verifications of the state property assigned for the operational management to the public institutions under the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan were carried out.

Federal law of 29th of June,2015 № 180-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On privatization of state and municipal property "corrected order of information support of privatization of state and municipal property, introduced the procedure of providing accounting (financial) statements by State unitary enterprises, JSC and LLC.

       In this regard, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 7th of October,2015 № 70-ZRT "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" About privatization of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan” and some legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan "Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On privatization of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan "aligned with the federal legislation.

Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out the transfer to municipal ownership of 91 newly commissioned multi-functional centers built by SUE “The main investment and construction management of the Republic of Tatarstan” in 2013-2015. under the "country club" program.

       In the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin the meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on inclusion in a personnel reserve on 3 positions of the public civil service took place:

· head of department of change of category of lands and inclusion of the land plots in borders of settlements of management of land resources;

· head of department of corporate management;

· head of department of methodology and formation of the municipal property of legal management.

Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is continuing to implement and to lease land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan. Republican budget in the current year from the rent received 43.9 million rubles. Budget revenues from the sale of land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 82.3 million Rubles.

On the October 4-th, 2015 the representatives of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within a delegation from Tatarstan visited the Ministry of Property Relations of the Moscow Region.

       The main purpose of the visit - to was to study the experience of the Moscow region for the redistribution of powers between the local authorities of municipalities and public authorities of the Moscow region.
