October 29th, 2015 the bids of shares of Nizhnekamsk autoenterprise, which is owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, through a public offering are conducted.

        To participate in the bids 2 applications were filed. The winner was the LLC "Construction" which have repurchased 100 percent stake of the company, after two earlier failed trades.

On October 30, 2015 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held an open auction (to increase the value to the public submission of price offers )for the realization of the state property:

- x-ray inspection systems for checking hand luggage and luggage;

- sale of state property through the public offer (sold 7 units of vehicles).

       Funds from the implementation in the amount of 1 913.7 thousand rubles will go to the budget of the Republic

As of 01.10.2015 according to the information of Chambers of property and land relations of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, there are 73,302 unclaimed land share of the total area of ​​395.3 hectares. Judicial decisions in 39 municipalities recognized the right of municipal ownership of land with total area of ​​225.2 hectares (for the 2nd quarter 2015 - 217.5 thousand hectares).

       According to the chambers of Property and Land Relations of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan ownership of municipalities on land with total area of ​​163.2 hectares (for the 2nd quarter 2015 - 160.4 thousand hectares) was registered.

Today in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission to work with state representatives in the management and control bodies of business entities.

       The meeting was attended by members of the Interagency Commission, representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries, the Association of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

29.10.2015 in video mode held a meeting of the Commission on the consideration of the issues about: transfer to municipal ownership of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, taking ownership of the municipal real estate property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The comission considered together with representatives of Chambers of property and land relations 10 offers from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of immovable property to the municipal ownership and one proposal for the transfer of municipal real estate to the ownership in the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The law stipulates the implementation of municipal land control in relation to state authorities, local authorities, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 № 294-FZ "On the Protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the exercise of state control (supervision ) and municipal control "with the specifications, established by the Land Code of the Russian Federation.

       Regulated the procedure for implementation of municipal land control in relation to citizens.
