November 10, 2015 Minister of Land and Property Azat Hamaev took part at the meeting of the Commission for the coordination of anti-corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held at the Kazan Kremlin.

       President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree according to which the Council under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan anti-corruption converted to the Commission for the coordination of anti-corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan.

As of November 10, 2015, were adopted 108 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan (projects were prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan) on the transfer of more than 470 land plots with total area of about 810 hectares from the category of agricultural land into category of industrial land and other special purposes (for the purpose of mining). Including for oil producing companies - about 390 land plots with total area of 600 hectares, and for placing the pits - 14 land plots with total area of 104 hectares, as well as for objects of communication, road service and other industrial facilities.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded the agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1 last year. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land.

According to information of specialists of accounting, monitoring and information exchange management, in January-October 2015 the Ministry considered 1243 applications from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2481 transactions, 975 of them agreed to the deal. 1506 transactions are notes, documents were sent back for revision.

The law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About the budget of  the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and the planning period of 2016-2017” was amended by the law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 17.10.2015 № 88-ZRT.

Today 09.11.2015, at the next operational meeting held by minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in 10 months of 2015 taking into account the new budget assignment.

November 4, 2015 at the Millennium Square near Central Stadium Kazan held a rally-concert in honor of the Day of National Unity.

       The event was organized by public organizations of Tatarstan "Homeland" and "Volunteering Development Center". The participants of the concert were representatives of social movements, political parties and labor collectives.

Transport department of SBI "Management of material support" which is subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is working on the preparation of vehicles for the winter season: change of wheels, battery diagnostics, change the coolant.

Two frames of executive committee of municipal district were elected at the meeting of the municipal district council on the 2-nd of November. It has been proposed candidates Ilgizar Shagaliev and Vasil Gilyazetdinov. Performance of Ilgizar Shagaliev who held the post for many years, to the deputies and the heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations of the district was based on the “2030 Strategy of the Republic”. At the end of 2015 a five-year development program must be taken in municipal district, and the performance of Ilgizar Timerhanovich perceived as the main points of this program. Ilgizar Shagaliev candidacy, proposed by the chairman of the competition committee - Minister of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev, was unanimously approved for the post of head of the executive committee of the municipal district.

On 26nd of October, 2015 in Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan the regular examination on compliance to requirements of the legislation imposed to cadastral engineers took place. All of declared 18 citizens of Russia, having the document on secondary professional or higher education, wishing to become a cadastral engineers, was reached the exam.

       Following the results of carrying out a qualification examination  6 applicants became owners of certificates of the cadastral engineer, that is less than a half examined who could correctly answer to 64 questions from 80.

The governance of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement on the minimum salary.

The Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan announced that on the basis of p.133.1 of Labour Code of the Russian Federation, on 2-nd of October, 2015 was signed the agreement on the minimum salary in the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter - Agreement ) between the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Coordinating Council of Employers of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.
