11.19.2015 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of ministries and departments according to the results of first 9 months of 2015 held a meeting to review the balance sheet committee of financial and economic activity of 2 SUE and 5 JSC with a share of the Republic of Tatarstan in the authorized capital of more than 50 percent.

       The meeting reviewed the 5 unprofitable organizations and 2 organizations have notable structural changes in the balance sheet:

State Unitary Enterprise "Scientific-Production Association of Geology and Mining of the Republic of Tatarstan"

JSC "Timber transport company";

JSC "Himgrad";

JSC "RPO" Tatkommunenergo ";

JSC "Tatkommunpromkomplekt";

"Volzhsky scientific research institute of hydrocarbons";

SUE RT "Tatarstan Center of Scientific and Technical Information".

       In order to identify further measures to improve the profitability of these companies were heard by heads and representatives of ministries and departments.

       Following the meeting, appropriate advices were given and management decision was made.

Today, in connection with the restructuring of the debt to Vnesheconombank and the subsequent reorganization in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting to discuss issues of assistance from the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan as a shareholder holding 25% of shares of JSC "Combine bread Bugulminsky №2» and CJSC «Bugulminsky elevator" in the search for potential buyers 75 % stakes in these enterprises owned by PSC "Group" Razguliay ". In discussing of this issue, took part representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, PJSC "Group" Razguliay ", CEO of PJSC" Tatagrolizing. "

The decision of the Government Commission on the implementation of the Federal Law "On free legal aid in the Russian Federation," approved the annual holding in the Russian Federation All-Russian Day of legal assistance to children with the date of the 20th of November.

       On this day in all municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan will be undertaken events, including free legal assistance to persons belonging to the following target groups: orphans, children left without parental care; Persons wishing to take in foster care for children left without parental care; adoptive parents; disabled children; as well as their legal representatives.

       As part of this event on 20-th of November, 2015 specialists of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan will have free legal assistance in the territory of Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out transfer to municipal property of 98 child care preschool educational institutions which are constructed according to the Road map program by SBI "Head Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2013-2015.

The conference "Appraisal in modern conditions" held in Kazan, November 12, 2015, which was organized by the Russian Society of Appraisers and "Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan."

SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" in response to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out verification of the use of public property situated in city of Tetyushi.

       The audit of the three agencies, two of which are subordinated to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and one under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan found that:

- 5 houses with total area of 931.5 square meters, including workshop area of 300 sq situated in s.Bolshiye Klyari and an administrative building with total area of 467.9 sq at the Yarullina str.,2 city of Tetyushi, 6 units motor vehicles and four plots of land with total area of 8651 square meters are not used;

- premises with total area of 233.5 sq ft and 2 buses transferred to the use of 3 legal persons without permission of Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Council of appraisal activity the the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation, on the proposals non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", the following candidates were approved by the heads of member organizations of the Partnership in the working bodies of the Council of appraising activity (WB):

Lisichkin Andrey Viktorovich - President of the Partnership - WB of cadastral valuation;

Zahmatov Dmitriy Yurievich - Chairman of the Public Association "Russian Society of Appraisers" "The Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan", a member of the SRO - WB Strategy of valuation;

Antonova Irina Ilgizovna - Vice President for EPE Institute of Economics, Management and Law (Kazan), director of the Institute of Business Education - WB of qualifications and quality assurance;

Udod Tanzilya Mansurovna - director of "EKSKO Center" Appraiser ", a member of the Disciplinary Committee SRO - WB for methodological support and expertise;

Minnahmetova Alina Villenovna - General Director of CJSC "SENC" - WB for electronic document management in the evaluation activities.

       The first meeting of the working bodies on the most topical issues of appraisal activity will take place with the participation of representatives of the Partnership at the end of November 2015.

Employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the national conference on the protection of the property rights of children and ensuring orphans, children left without parental care, which was held from 11 to 12 November in Moscow Ministry of Education and Science.

       During the meeting it was discussed current issues of making changes to some legislative acts regulating the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors, the legal aspects of the protection of property rights of orphans, problems in the implementation of housing rights of orphaned children, the practice of execution enforcement proceedings about providing housing for orphans, and about work experience of Russian regions.

On 12 of November, 2015 within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 02.11.2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" departure of information consulting group from specialists of the ministries and departments on rendering a free legal aid in Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

       In structure of information consulting group from the Ministry of  land property  of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was involved the leading consultant of department of legal support of land and property – Hanzhina Anna Viktorovna.

On the 20-th of November, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan holds a "round table" on the practical application of land and civil legislation.
