       On 18th of April,2015 within the Sports and athletics meeting of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan competitions in volleyball passed in SC "KAI-Olympus".

       From April 20 till April 27, 2015 Tatarstan held a volunteer action "Spring Week of Kindness - good deeds relay."

Within the framework of the republican action in Kazan following activities are planned.

April 20 - "Day of the good initiatives." Start good deeds relay - holding flash mobs and actions to promote the idea of ​​volunteerism among young people.

April 21 - "Friendship Day". Carrying out activities to promote friendship, peace and harmony among nations, including voluntary actions, the lessons of friendship, flashmobs, training, transfer on the topic of intercultural dialogue, peaceful coexistence of different nationalities and religions.

April 22 - "St. George Ribbon". The action is to spread the ribbons, events involving veterans, charity concerts, providing targeted assistance to the elderly, the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the disabled people, visiting Veterans in hospital wards.

April 23 - "Day of a kind word." The contest works, essays on topics related to the Year of Literature, youth volunteer shares "good letter" charity collect books for children's homes, orphanages, homes for the elderly and the disabled people, low-income families.

April 24 - "Day of good offices." Start stock exchange services without money (eg, tutoring service in exchange for a service for childcare).

April 25 - "Good Fair. Good courtyard. The road to the obelisk. " A charity fair to raise funds for those in need, the organization of cleaning and beautification activities in yards, parks, memorials and graves landscaping veterans and applying them on the map All-Russian Information Center.

April 26 - "My family. goodphoto." The action is to promote traditional family values ​​in social networks. Signatures recommended in their native language. Carrying out activities for the Day of Mother Language.

April 27 - "The good outcome." Start the action "Letter of Victory" - young people write letters in the past, members of their families who participated in the events related to the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The letter should reflect the maximum personal contribution to the preservation of the heritage of the Victory. Also planned for the "March of the good" in the form of street demonstrations, meetings.

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 23 119 land plots. In Kazan it is provided – 2 640 land plots, in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 325 land plots.

Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on June 5, 2015 announced an open auction to increase the value to the public submission of proposals and costs for the implementation of 9 units of vehicles of the brand DAEWOO NEXIA.

       14.04.2015 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 15 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 7 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

April 15, 2015 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov held a meeting on the exchange of land for the construction of social infrastructure in the territory of Innopolis.

In the course of the preparation of a national contest for the meeting of the Committee on Education and training of non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers Republic of Tatarstan" discussed criteria for assessing the professional level of the contestants.

Committee member - Head of crisis management and valuation activities Kazan (Volga) Federal University Nailya Yakupova was willing to participate in the preparation of test questions and assignments of the competition, on the basis of existing practice, in particular, of the qualifying examinations for experts SRO appraisers in accordance with the Agreement between the university and the Partnership.

Non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers Republic of Tatarstan" announced the start of the competition "Appraisers of the year 2015 - Republic of Tatarstan".

In order to consolidate the assessment community, strengthen the ethical foundations of the profession, the development of the key mechanisms of self-regulation by the organizers decided that the participants of the competition can be all appraisal organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, that meet the conditions of art..15.1 of the Federal law "about appraisal activity" №135-FZ and individual entrepreneurs evaluators registered in the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting of the Expert Advisory Board of noncommercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" were considered treatment entrepreneurs, citizens and authorities on disputable situations in the field of assessment and land and property relations.

In particular, with an invitation to the head of the evaluation of the organization was considered the complaint of individual entrepreneur Sagitov R.E. about valuation and examination of the validity of the establishment of fees for use of an easement in the central part of Kazan. In the decision, Council members gave a reasonable assessment of the documents submitted and expressed their professional opinion on the direction of the applied examination and evaluation as regulated by various special laws. Experts Partnership also confirmed the possibility of performing a special expertise in the direction of the relevant request from the court.

       10.04.2015 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held the meeting of the commission chaired by the Deputy Minister Farit Shagitovich Musin for the competition for vacancy of senior specialist of 1 category of department of legal support of cadastral relations.
