SBI "Management of financial security" pursuant to the request Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out verification of the use of state property, located at Almetyevsky municipal district.

According to the environmental bimonthly transport department of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBU "Management of financial security" is working to release an additional amount of fuel for vehicles serving the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Issue of vehicles on the line is carried out in emergency mode with a comprehensive check of the technical condition.

In difficult economic times, according to the educational strategy of nonprofit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", higher education institutions - members of the Partnership - provides training in one of the most sought-after public professions – profession of appraiser.

Questions of efficiency of public administration and public control functions discussed at the meeting of the Public Council by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. In accordance with previously submitted proposals of the Board of Farida Galeeva, Farid Safin and Alexey Mamakov was heard and taken into consideration information given by representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan - Deputy Minister Farid Musin, heads of the Ministry departments Ksenia Borzunova and Valeriy Shrubenkov on the implementation of functions of corporate governance in organizations with the state's share in the authorized (share) capital by the Ministry.

       Today in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan open auctions on increase of cost on realization of vehicles are held.

       27 units of vehicles of brands VAZ-21074, GAZ-3102 are put up for sale. 26 units of vehicles are realized.

        From 7 to 19 people bargained for the exposed 27 lots. As a result of auction the initial price on average increased in 1,4 times.

       In 2015 The ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out transfer of 29 kindergardens to municipal property of Kazan which are again put into commision and which are constructed according to the "Road map" program.

         At a joint meeting of Committee on Education and vocational training of Partnership and the organizing committee of the competition "Appraisers of Year 2015 Tatarstan" questions of the organization of the competition "Appraisers of Year 2015 — the Republic of Tatarstan" were discussed.

       The ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out now pre-sale preparation of documents for realization of 37 units of  vehicles at open auctions which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, earlier used by public institutions.

       On 7th of April, 2015  the meeting on a question  about transfer of external lighting networks and the storm sewerage of objects of Universiade-2013 to specialized organization passed in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work on carrying out monitoring of key transactions on management of municipal property and land plots according to Agreements with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
