April 2-4, 2015 in Special junior school named by R.G.Nezhmetdinov took place the competition on a chess among administrative staff of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
06.04.2015 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for the 1-st quarter of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 297.47 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for the 1-st quarter the budget task is accomplished to 132.99%.
03.04.2015 held a videomeeting of the commission on the questions of transfer to municipal ownership of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and the adoption of immovable property from municipal property in the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting of the committee, together with representatives of Chambers of property and land relations were considered proposals 7 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of immovable property in the municipal property.
31.03.2015 State Budgetary Institution "Republic Estate Treasury" held an open auction for the increase in the cost to the public submission of proposals and costs for the implementation of 6 vehicles of institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the environmental bimonthly, announced the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, transport department of SBI “MMS” began preparation of 54 units of vehicles serving the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for the relevant raids.
The Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a resolution on 20.03.2015 № 177 "On conciliation commission formed to harmonize the location of land boundaries when performing complex of cadastral works" (hereinafter - resolution).
The resolution approved the Model Regulations to the conciliation commission formed to harmonize the location of land boundaries in the performance of integrated cadastral works.
March 31, 2015 held a meeting under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov on the implementation of the agricultural land plot area of 300 hectares, with a further change the category of land use to category of lands for industry and other special purposes, for exploration, extraction of clay and construction of brick factory on the territory of the Alekseevsky municipal district.
The Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan accepted the resolution of 19th of March, 2015 No. 168 "About approval of the Order of determination of the size of a payment for increase the area of land plots which are in private property as a result of their redistribution with the land plots which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan or land plots on which the state-owned property isn't differentiated" (further – the Resolution).
The size of a payment for increase the area of land plots is determined by the Resolution as 15% of cadastral cost of land plots which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan or on which the state-owned property isn't differentiated. This cadastral cost is calculated in proportion to the area of the part of such land plot which is subject to transfer to private property as a result of its redistribution with the land plots which are in private property.
In execution of an order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan verification of the state property – the building of the dining room single-storey, the total area of 353,9 sq.m., letters of D, D1, d, cadastral number is 16:50:090436:969, located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Muzykalnaya St., 5a is carried out on 23th of March,2015. State of this building is satisfactory.
