      24.03.2015 was the deadline for inspection of state owned vehicles auctioned by the potential participants of the auction. 27 vehicles such brand as: LADA 21074, VAZ 21154, GAZ-3102, which was held in responsible storage, was prepared for the auction by the transport department of "Management of material security".

      The Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan accepted the resolution of 10th of March,2015 No. 138 " About the modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 3rd of March, 2012 No.827 "About sale of the land plots which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan or on which the state ownership isn't differentiated alienated to owners of the buildings, structures, constructions located on them" for reduction the resolution of the Cabinet of Republic of Tatarstan of 3rd of October, 2012 No. 827 in compliance with the changes of the land legislation which came into force from 1st of March,2015.

      Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has notified the state representatives in the management bodies of joint stock companies with a share of the Republic of Tatarstan in the authorized capital, the need for timely submission of reports for 2014, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 26.09.2000 № 691 "On Approval of the Procedure accountability of state unitary enterprises, public companies with 100-percent share of the Republic of
Tatarstan and state representatives in management and control bodies of public corporations "(as amended on 08.05.2008 № 291).

      The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts daily work on specification  of obscure revenues with registration of the appropriate documents in an electronic form. According to the data of  staff of department of economy, privatization and strategic planning the number of the obscure revenues entered in budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation for the codes of the budgetary classification assigned to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to decrease (in 2,5 months  in 2013 of 4020 payment orders, in 2,5 months 2014 of 174 payment orders, for the similar period of 2015 of 117 payment orders arrived). Besides, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan became the administrator of 13 more codes of the budgetary classification. Thus, today the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan administers 36 codes of the budgetary classification.

      In March 2015 Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the authority and based on the application of "Gazprom Transgaz Kazan" accepted the order number 528-r dated 13.03.2015 on the approval of the boundaries of protected zones of gas distribution networks on the territory of the Muslyumovsky municipal district  length of 363.29 km, Aktanyshskiy municipal district length of 2.23 km and the imposition of charges on their constituent lands.   

Pursuant to the request Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out verification of the use of state property, located at: Kazan, Modelnaya str. 10.

March 20, 2015 held the annual general meeting of members of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan". The meeting was attended by heads and representatives of member organizations of the Partnership, representatives of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Heard reports on the work of the Board and executive management, approved financial statements for 2014 and the financial plan for 2015.

         Executive Director of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" unanimously elected Oleg Bulgakov, who worked at this post in 2013-2014.

In the report of the President of the Partnership Andrey Lisichkin it was noted that in 2014 changed significantly as the organizational structure of the Partnership, expanded areas of activity.

The number of members of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan increased by 30% and more than 30 organizations whose employees are the main Russian SROs. According to the monitoring, the Partnership indirectly covers 87% of the national market evaluation.

       17.03.2015 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 14 allowed 12 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 10 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

Issues of the Annual General Meeting of the Partnership 20.03.2015, in particular, on draft decisions and meeting their further implementation, rewarding active members of the Partnership are discussed at the meeting of the Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" 18.03.2015.

     Participants discussed the proposal of evaluation community to the development of public-private partnerships, expert consulting support for entrepreneurs in the assessment of a meeting within the framework of the project "Business Power: frank discussion" with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the 26.03.2015.

       Pursuant to the List of instructions following a direct line with President Vladimir Putin on 17th of April,2014  Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 12th of March, 2015 № 148 "About the conditions of remuneration of heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan" was accepted in order to  streamline remuneration of  heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and the adoption of a unit method of remuneration and bonuses calculation of heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.
