       For the purpose of effective use of state-owned property transportation department of State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Security" began  work on acceptance of vehicle on safe custody. Cars will arrive from "Commonwealth of Builders of of the Republic of Tatarstan" and Deraptment of Agriculture and the food of the Aktanyshsky municipal district  of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On 10th of March, 2015 summing up of results of auction on leasing of land plots of 29,5 hectares on Orenburgsky tract street in Kazan took place. Powers on management and disposal of this land plot for the purpose of complex development  were transferred to the Republic of Tatarstan for housing construction by the decision of Government  Commission for Housing development and an efficiency evaluation of use of land plots which are in federal property under the leadership of I. I. Shuvalov.

       Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work to approve boundaries of protected areas of gas distribution networks (gas) and restrictions (encumbrances) on their constituent lands.

12.03.2015 State Budgetary Institution "Republic Estate Treasury" held an open auction for the increase in the cost to the public submission of proposals and costs for the implementation of 9 vehicles of institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 23 038 land plots. In Kazan it is provided – 2 640 land plots, in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 325 land plots.

       10.03.2015  the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for 2 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 92 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for 2 months the budget task is accomplished to 104,94%. 

On the eve of International Women's Day on March 7, 2015, opened a new season of Games of state and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is held annually in order to develop state and municipal employees healthy lifestyle and bring them to systematic physical training and sports.

05.03.2015 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held the meeting of the commission chaired by the Deputy Minister Farit Shagitovich Musin for the competition for 3 vacancies of civil service:

Leading adviser of the department of use of state property (department is in the structure management of the property);

Leading adviser of the department of use of state property (department is in the structure management of the property);

Senior Consultant of department of residential real estate, housing and road infrastructure asset management (department is in the structure management of the property).

       Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work with the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to conduct monitoring of key transactions for the management of municipal property and land, in accordance with agreements.

      In January-February 2015 the Ministry considered 258 applications from 31 of the municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan on 447 transactions. 170 of which transactions are agreed . 277 of them are in need of revision, documents sent for revision.

03.04.2015 in the agro-industrial park "Kazan" held a meeting with members of the Board of Directors Board of tenants of the complex.

In particular, the meeting was attended by the new members of the Board of Directors of  agro-industrial park: Chairman of the Board - Sergei Demidov – First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilsur Safiullin - Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "National Brand" and CEO of agro-industrial park Oleg Vlasov.
